★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor Pelayanan Pratama (KPP) Jakarta Kramat Jati terletak di jalan dewi sartika cawang kramat jati, tempat untuk memngurus npwp atau semua yg berhubungan dengan pajak wilayah kramat jati dan sekitarnya. Kantor cukup nyaman, dilengkapi fasilitas AC, ruang tunggu, tv dan pelayanan yg ramah memuaskan. Sy sarankan untuk datang sebelum jam pelayanan dibuka supaya antri nya tidak terlalu lama. Hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman bikin baru NPWP baru karena yg lama patah kartunya,,, info terakhirnya klo punya NPWP setiap 1 tahun sekali lapor ke kantor pajak biar NPWP nya aktif terus,tapi klo ga pernah lapor nanti di blokir dan ga bisa di urus lagi.pelayanan di lantai 3 baik2 dan ramah serta di arahkan dengan baik.
The experience of making a new NPWP is new because of the old broken card ... the latest information is that if you have a NPWP every 1 year, report to the tax office so that the NPWP is active continuously, but if you never report it will be blocked later and cannot be taken care of again. Service on the floor 3 is good and friendly and well directed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ga ada solusi, dateng langsung juga ga ada solusi, mau cetak ulang kartu npwp suruh isi formulir, giliran udah diisi antrian penuh, cetak atm aja 10 menit jadi, mumpung bisa lewat dan mau taat pajak aja susah......hufftttt....jadi nunda lagi semuanya.

Sistem antrian onlinenya juga bagus, sangat membantu saya menyesuaikan dng jadual saya. Keren lah pokoknya layanan KPP ini....sukses selalu

Pelayanan dari security baik dan ramah banget.
Tapi sayang, saya sudah berkali-kali menghubungi kantor pajak ini melalui telpon tetapi tidak pernah diangkat. Saya tinggal di selatan pulau jawa jadi cukup jauh dari kantor pajak ini. Saya menghubungi untuk menanyakan kenapa saya tidak bisa daftar melalui online. Tapi pada akhirnya saya harus ke jakarta lagi dan tidak bisa menemui bagian costumer service karna belum daftar online.
Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan pelayanannya baik secara online maupun offline.

Service from security is good and very friendly.
But unfortunately, I have contacted this tax office by telephone many times but never picked up. I live in the south of the island of Java so it's quite far from this tax office. I called to ask why I couldn't register online. But in the end I had to go to Jakarta again and couldn't find the customer service because I hadn't registered online yet.
Maybe the service can be improved both online and offline.
