★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely terrible service. The person promised our side to install the carpet on Wednesday if we made payments on Monday. Our team has agreed on this and told them to book Wednesday for instalment, in which they have agreed. We transferred the money on Monday albeit at night (8 pm) and quickly informed them. However, on Wednesday they suddenly inform us that the instalment has to be moved back to next week because we were late on the payment (we had no idea they did not book the schedule as they promised beforehand, and they did not inform us of the cut off time for payment). The PIC who contacted us was very rude and unprofessional. He/She tried to push the blame on us and did not even apologise. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and amazing service! We were looking for a new floor for our apartment and went to quite a few places before we went to the Floor Stoor. They had very large selection and of very high quality products. Shanna was absolutely amazing to work with - very knowledgeable, helpful and sooo easy to work with. After placing the order Shanna would follow up and make sure we are getting what we need exactly on time. Needless to say that when we wanted to redo the stairs i've reached out to Shanna directly and we've placed an order in no time. Really, really appreciate your help and attentiveness!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently ordered carpet for our upstairs addition and an area rug from Steve. He was attentive, helpful, and informative. We knew what we wanted for the upstairs and we were able to quickly make our selection. But we didn't know our options for area rugs and we were delighted when Steve informed us that we could select any carpet in the store and they would measure and cut it to fit the space we wanted. It was the perfect solution as the space did not conform to the standard sized area rugs. Both have since been installed and we are delighted with the results. We get compliments almost every day on the area rug. And our carpet upstairs is wonderfully soft and perfect for the bedrooms. Thank you Decorindo perkasa for such an easy and delightful buying experience. We would definitely return for further flooring choices.
