Di telepon tidak bisa di hubungi niat mengayomi ga sih

BUKA SENIN - JUMAT dari Jam 08.00 - 16.00 (ini pelayanan atau Shift 1 pabrik)
Gimana +62 City mau taat pajak kalo kita yang mau ngurus NPWP aja sulit nya setengah budek
Tolong ini lebih diperhatikan lagi, agar publik lebih mudah dalam mengurus berkas

udh di SECURITY jawabnnya ketus, nada tinggi, tidak mengarahkan, sedang bicara sibuk nonton di hp (bukannya dimatiin dulu tuh hp)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceritanya mw ambil kartu fisik NPWP pas coba nanya k pos security , d suruh WA no admin yg ada d dinding Pos trus ngirim foto selfie megang KTP dan screenshot email notifikasi dari ereg. Jadi belum bisa ambil kartu NPWP fisiknya karna memang belum dicetak dan baru kembali lg setelah 2 atau 3 hari kerja. Bagi pihak terkait diharapkan agar meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan selain itu alur proses pengurusan harus jelas terpampang di bagian POS. terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini karena mau urus untuk pengukuhan PKP. ngurusnya dari akhir tahun lalu krn masih covid dan ada ppkm jdi gk bs bebas datang ke kantor pajak harus daftar dulu lewat online. Kemarin datang krn sudah di survey dari pihak kantor pajak jdi mereka yg sudah bikinkan jadwalnya. Pelayananya pun cepat dan baik
