★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sementara ini saya kasih nilai bintang 4 dulu yaa. Untuk Pelayanan Manthaab ruangan sudah bersih ber AC dan sekarang sudah pakai mesin Nomer Antrean tidak manual akan Tetapi petugas sangat kurang ketika antrean sangat banyak.
 In the meantime, I will give a 4 star rating. For Manthaab services, the room is clean, air-conditioned, and now the queue number is not manual, but the staff is very lacking when the queue is very large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengantar adik saya membuat KTP, namun Pelayanan yang diberikan sangat buruk. Penjelasan bertele-tele dan instruksi yang diberikan pegawai tidak jelas. 3 hari bolak balik tempat ini dengan membawa beberapa berkas, namun masih di perintahkan untuk membawa berkas lainnya. Untuk pembuatan KTP seingat saya tidak sesusah ini. Namun kenapa terasa seperti dipersulit ya.
I took my sister to make an ID card, but the service provided was very bad. Long-winded explanations and instructions given by employees are not clear. 3 days back and forth to this place with some files, but still ordered to bring other files. As far as I remember, making an ID card is not this difficult. But why does it feel like it's complicated?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat bpk nya ramah, intinya bagi yg mau pengrusan KTP silahakan melalui aplikasi Alpukat Betawi, cari di play store kalau sudah mengajukan permohonan serta mengupload syarat silahkan datang pada jadwal yg telah di buat di aplikasi di jamin langsung beres
The fast service from the cpc is friendly, basically, for those who want to take care of their ID card, please go through the Betawi Avocado application, look for it in the play store, if you have submitted an application and uploaded the requirements, please come to the schedule that has been made in the application, it is guaranteed to be done right away

1.Kartu keluarga 7 hari pasca pembuatan belum bisa di gunakan, sampai terhambat utk proses pendaftaran CPNS
2. Hingga sampai hari ini, ada kebutuhan administrasi dari RT setempat. KK tetap tidak bisa di gunakan!!

1. The family card 7 days after creation cannot be used, until it is hampered for the CPNS registration process
2. Until today, there is an administrative need from the local RT. KK still can't be used!!

3. Tidak ada informasi untuk proses lebih lanjut. Apakah harus ke SUDINKES atau gimana!!
4. Staff kurang ramah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kondisi covid sepertinya membuat petugasnya bisa berleha-leha di ruang ber-AC, box tertulis tp tidak ada petugas yg standby tuk bertanya. Saya terpaksa masuk kedalam tuk bertanya, petugas bilang berkasnya cukup taro di box masuk, nanti di sms tp yg dateng sms penolakan berkas krn ada yg kurang dan anehnya gak dikasih tau kurangnya apa, padahal petugasnya bilang berkasnya udah cukup. Seperti dipermainkan ya, semoga sampe ke instalasi tertinggi supaya birokrasi nya diperbaiki.
The Covid condition seems to make the officers able to relax in the air-conditioned room, the box is written but there are no officers on standby to ask questions. I was forced to go in to ask, the officer said the file was enough to put it in the inbox, later on it was texted, but the one who arrived was a rejection of the file because something was missing and strangely, they didn't tell me what the lack was, even though the officer said the file was enough. It's like being toyed with, I hope it reaches the highest installation so that the bureaucracy is fixed.
