Pak lurah yg terhormat dan para jajarannya...tolong di tindak parkir sembarangan di wilayah kantor RW 08 trrutama GL-PRO parkir seenaknya sehingga akses kluar masuk kendaraan lain terhambat..kasian klo lg ada truck sampah parkir antrian jd susah akibat banyaknya mobil GL-PRO..trims

Kantor ga perlu ada mesin biometrik. Gue dan keluarga gua, semua disuruh bionetrik di walikota. Kalo ga mau, sampe satu tahun 4 bulan juga ga jadi e- ktpnya. Mestinya semua warga periksa di walikota aja. Jgn ada diskriminatif pada satu keluarga

Pak Lurah yang terhormat, pada masa pandemic covid 19 ini semua jalan atau kegiatan di lockdown dan tidak boleh ada kumpul2. Di kantor RW.08 malah sering terlihat kerumunan orang2 Juga di area RT.015/08 sering sekali dangdutan yg dapat memicu keramaian. Mohon penanganannya karena selain dapat mempercepat penyebaran virus, warga yang lain juga merasa bising. Terima kasih

Sejauh ini pengalaman terbaik mengurus administrasi di kantor pemerintahan. Saya melakukan pengurusan domisili pindah masuk, proses hanya memakan waktu 1 minggu tanpa biaya apapun dan tidak ada birokrasi aneh-aneh. Semoga semua kantor layanan pemerintahan bisa seperti Kelurahan Pegangsaan. The best.
So far the best experience taking care of administration in a government office. I made arrangements for the domicile to move in, the process only took 1 week without any fees and there was no weird bureaucracy. Hopefully all government service offices can be like the Pegangsaan Village. the best.

Selamat siang, perkenalkan saya dina salah satu warga matraman luar yg hari ini pada tgl 26 january 2022 pukul 11.00 wib saya datang untuk mengurus kk (kartu keluarga) saya datang dgn sopan & baik2 untuk menanyakan perihal bagaimana cara membuat kk baru yg kebetulan sy ingin membuatnya dihari itu, namun dri awal sy datang sy sudah disambut dgn staff yg sangat ketus (judes) sangat2 tdk ramah dgn staff kelurahan yg bernama Bu Yuli, dri awal beliau bertanya kpd sy dngan nada yg tinggi & sama sekali tdk beratitude layaknya staff dikelurahan pada umumnya, saya bertanya mengenai cara membuat kk sesuai alamat domisili diktp, yg artinya sy bertanya berarti sy tdk tahu sk* membuat kk baru yg sesuai domisili ktp masih bisa atau tdk, namun beliau malah menjawab dgn nada yg emosional & sampai menelfon staff rt setempat karna saking tidak percaya dgn dokumen yg saya berikan, lalu sy jwb silahkan klo mau ditelfon bu masa saya bawa dokumen dgn alamat palsu, & setelah menelfon staff trsebut bentak saya karna sy tdk tau sk* membuat kk skrng sperti apa, sampai akhirnya sy yg dri awal sabar menghadapi sikap arogan nya sy jwb bentakan beliau & berkata bu saya kalo nanya sm ibu berarti saya gatau ibu harusnya bisa menjelaskan ke saya dgn nada bicara yg lebih sopan tdk membentak2 sy seperti ini, kondisi sy lagi hamil 5 bulan, sambil mengelus perut saya berkata dalam hati sabar amit3 ya Allah, lalu tdk lama sy disuruh tulis alamat tmpat tinggal sy skrng dgn kondisi berdiri sama sekali tdk dipersilahkan duduk, tdk lama ada staff lain nya melihat sy sosok ibu hamil sedang menulis sambil membungkuk2kan badan lalu staff lainnya memberikan kursi kpd saya sambil berkata ibusabil duduk bu lagi hamil ya,sy berterimakasih sekali kpd ibu yg memberikan saya kursi, setelah itu staff atas nama bu yuli sperti merasa tdk enak hati karna sy tdk dilayani dgn baik spertu staff lainnya, tdk lama slesai sy mengurus dok trsebut, namun staff atas nama bu yuli masih saya bersifat ketus (judes,bad attitude) trhadap sy, mungkin beliau sudah terbiasa melayani masyarakat lain nya sperti itu (sama sekali tdk ada attitude nya) dan tdk ada yg berani speakup sperti sy, sy berani speakup karna sy datang secara baik2 & sopan namun beliau tdk bersikap sama sperti sy. tolong kpd kepala lurah setempat agar mensleksi lg staff yg bisa punya attitude baik kpd masyarakat agar masyarakat yg datang ke kelurahan bisa saling menghargai & tdk memandang warganya dgn sebelah mata. terimakasih.

Pelayanannya semakin membaik. Ada ruangan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu. Hanya sayangnya belum ada sekuriti atau resepsionis untuk mengarahkan warga yang ingin mendapatkan pelayanan.
