★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wuuuuiiiihhh beda bgt pelayanannya, bagus bgt. Ruang tunggu nyaman dan staff yang sangat beda dr keramahan dan melayani.
Kemarin mengurus ktp yg hilang , proses cepet bgt no ribet. Siapin photo kopi kk dan photo kopi ktp kl ada ,buat penyataan kehilangan bermetrai (pengganti surat kehilangan kepolisian)
Wuuuuiiiihhh, the service is very different, really good. The waiting room is comfortable and the staff is very different from hospitality and serving.
Yesterday took care of the lost ID card, the process was really fast, no complicated. Prepare a photocopy of your family and a photo of your ID card if you have one, make a statement of loss of sheets (substitute for a letter of loss from the police)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya kurang ramah, tidak teliti & kurang mau menjelaskan prosedur dari awal.
Saya kena ping pong!!! Hari sebelumnya dikasih form untuk minta cap RT RW (keperluan menikah), hari berikutnya menyerahkan form tsb malah pengajuan ditolak dibilang terlalu cepat mengurusnya krn masih h-3 bulan (normalnya h-1 bulan).
Hal ini tidak akan terjadi jika petugas dari hari pertama saya datang menginfokan pengajuan baru bisa diiurus h-1 bulan, bukan malah memberi form untuk diisi & minta cap RT RW. Padahal syarat saya sudah lengkap dari hari pertama datang, tertulis juga kapan akan menikah. Maksudnya apa diberi form buat ngisi ke RT RW pas hari pertama? Trs ditolak setelah diisi dengan alasan yg harusnya terinfo dari awal.
Dengan enteng membalas ya bsk tinggal ngurus lagi ke RT RW. Tanpa ada rasa bersalah & minta maaf petugasnya (cowok muda). Saya merasa dipermainkan!!
The staff is not friendly, not thorough & doesn't want to explain the procedure from the start.
I got ping pong!!! The previous day was given a form to ask for a RT RW stamp (necessary for marriage), the next day he submitted the form and the application was rejected and said it was too soon to take care of it because it was still 3 months (normally 1 month).
This would not have happened if the officer from the first day I came informed me that the application could only be taken care of for 1 month, instead of giving a form to fill out & asking for the RT RW stamp. Even though my requirements were complete from the first day I arrived, it was also written when I would get married. What do you mean by being given a form to fill out the RT RW on the first day? It was rejected after being filled with reasons that should have been informed from the start.
With a light reply, yes, you can just take care of it again at the RT RW. Without any guilt & apologies to the officer (young guy). I feel cheated!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara pelayanan ok. Cuma kalau mau kesini harus tau pasti lokasinya biar gak muter bolak balik. Patokannya sebrang swalayan LARIS, ada gang tulisan "Kelurahan Kupang", tinggal masuk aja. Di kelurahan ini ada beberapa blok perumahan.
Service is ok. Only if you want to come here you have to know for sure the location so you don't go back and forth. The benchmark is opposite the LARIS supermarket, there is an alley that says "Kelurahan Kupang", just enter. There are several housing blocks in this village.
