4 orang doank ampe nunggu hampir 2 jam donk bambang..cuma buat dikasih tau teller kalo lebih dari jam 2 nggak bisa kirim ke norek bank lain !!! I mean, kok nggak dari awal itu satpam nya ngasih tau !!! Ngasih tau cuma "bisa kirim norek bank lain". Hampir 2 jam lho.. Gila gila.
Only 4 people waited for almost 2 hours, bro.. just to let the teller know if it's more than 2 o'clock you can't send it to another bank norek!!! I mean, why didn't the security guard tell you from the start!!! Telling you only "can send another bank number". Almost 2 hours you know.. Crazy crazy.

kalo tau lagi ppkm terus teller nya satu, tiap hari dibagi dong berapa orang perhari, misal 9 orang yg dilayanin yaa sehari 9 nomer antrian jangan ngasih nomor sampe 25 terus suruh antri doang ngga dilayanin. Udah bolak balik akhirnya disuruh pindah ke bni lain, bilang dari awal kalo antrian nya udah full buat sehari jadi ngga capek2 bolak balik. Untung banyak orang tadi, udah hampir marah2 tapi yaa sudahlah serahh lu broo, capek aku bolak balik ngga jelas.

Saran saya kalau tidak kepepet banget bikin ATM di sini,jangan bikin deh.. soalnya lama banget.. jam kerja aslinya jam 8 malah bukanya jam 9... Istirahat nya juga molor pokoknya lama banget deh

Updated, sudah banyak yg dibenahi di kcp ini. Jam buka skrg jam 8 seperti pd umumnya, walaupun terteranya jam 9. Satpam skrg sangat informatif dan membantu. Sistem antre disini berbeda. Harus menulis nama kita di daftar antri mulai +-jam 7 pagi, lalu nanti +- jam 8 dibagi nomor antrian. Lebih baik antre pagi supaya dapat antrean awal. Kalau jam 9 atau lebih baru sampai, kemungkinan gilirannya dapet siang hari, terutama antrean cs. Kalau udh terlanjur kesana dapet antrean panjang, dan prediksi gilirannya melebihi jam operasional, tiket antrenya bisa dibawa kesokan harinya pagi2 jam set8 an untuk tukar tiket antre yang baru, nanti akan didahulukan. Kalau nunggu antre ditinggal, jgn smp terlewat krn harus ulang ambil no antre. Tempat kurang luas, antrian sampai ke lokasi parkir. Parkirnya juga memenuhi lapak toko lain. Saran saya perlu pindah ke lokasi yg jauh lebih luas. Kalau tidak ya tolong bikin lagi 1 saja cabang baru BNI di Ambarawa. Semoga terus berkembang ?

If you're waiting in line, don't miss it, because you have to take the queue number again. The place is not wide enough, the queue is getting to the parking location. The parking lot also fills the stalls of other shops. My advice is to move to a much larger location. If not, please make one more new BNI branch in Ambarawa. Hope it continues to grow ?

Istirahat kantor mau ngurusi m banking dpet nomor antrian tp buat besok pagi disuruh dateng sebelum jam 8 buat diganti nomor antrian artinya bsk pagi masih ngantri lagi dan bs siang ya ngantrinya kl lbh dri jam 8 ngantri dri awal yg blm tentu bs hari itu dilayani wooi lu bank bni cab ambarawa aja ya yg pelayanannya gak okeee gak jelas bank bni nya tlg diperbaiki pelayannya contoh bank bni kota semarang cepat pelayanannya menghargai waktu nasabah jangan anggap nasabah itu pengangguran yg waktunya kosong terus

Jadi gini, saya lihat memang banyak banget yg ngasih bintang krn pelayanan kurang. Buat referensi saja, Jadi sy rasa, tiap kantor cabang punya kebijakan sendiri. di Bank BNI Ambarawa ini sy rasa memang sudah sesuai prosedur yg dbuat kantor tersebut, tapi mungkin memang harusnya ada pemberitahuan kuota antrean setiap hari atau mungkin bisa menempel pengumuman di pintu masuk agar tidak terjadi kekecewaan customer mengenai aturan antrean. Untuk referensi, kebetulan sy pada hari Jumat jam 10 an kesana, antrean sudah penuh. Disarankan untuk datang lagi hari Senin, namun sudah dikasih nomor antrean B038. Satpam ngejelasin kok, antrean bisa ditukar tp harus datang sebelum jam 8. Singkat cerita, hari Senin sy datang jam 7.45, satpam sudah membawa kertas dan list antrean hari itu. Sy juga menulis nama dan keperluan. Jam 8 tepat, satpam lain keluar dan memberitahu, "adakah yg antrean Jumat blm dilayani? ", sy maju sambil membawa antrean B038, dituker kok sama antrean Senin B001. Dan dilanjutkan dg antrean Senin sesuai dg urutan kedatangan. Dan ganti ATM saja hanya perlu 10 menit, beres. Oiya lupa, td ada masmas udah nulis nama di kertas satpam, sudah dbilangin pembagian nomor urut jam 8, tp masmasnya pergi, balik kesitu lagi jam 8 lebih, dan nomor urutnya sudah dkasih ke orang lain, ya krn dikira masnya gak balik lg, kasian yg lain nunggu. Saran saya pokoknya tunggu aja dan tanya satpam. Begitu pengalaman saya hari ini, mungkin bisa dijadikan referensi rekan-rekan apabila ingin berkunjung ke BNI Ambarawa. Terimakasih

There's nothing wrong with the customer service lady and the security officer, they're both nice, informative and very helpful. However, I don't know why, I came to this place twice and EVERYTIME I came, there's only one customer service while the line was very long. People had to wait the entire day to be able to get in like come on, we had other things to do too. Please fix it. Thank you.
