Hari ini Sabtu 16 Maret 2019 saya datang urus dokumen A5 hanya untuk daftar dan verifikasi supaya dapat pindah TPS. A5 sudah saya dapatkan di kantor KPU Jakarta Barat kemarin (15 Maret 2019)dan memang diarahkan ke Kantor Kelurahan hari ini walau hari sabtu karena buka setengah hari. Namun setiba saya di sini sudah pukul 10:00 wib tidak ada petugasnya 1 pun, hanya ada 1 security yang mengaku tidak tahu menahu. Wah, setelah saya ngoceh baru kemudian security telepon salah satu karyawan (mungkin) dan baru diberikan nomor hp ke saya. Parahnya sebelumnya security mengaku ke saya bahkan dia tidak punya nomor hp petugas ini. Saya bilang kenapa uda siang gini masih kosong dan tidak bertanggung jawab petugas tidak tau kemana, security malah membela dan bilang itu bukan tidak bertanggung jawab tapi karena ini kan hari sabtu, kadang tidak tentu juga jika ada yang hendak diurus baru datang. Lho berarti ini kan overtime di luar jam kerja, artinya kan tanggung jawabnya untuk duty. Harus ditegur ini karena tidak bertanggung jawab atas duty
Today, Saturday, March 16, 2019, I came to take care of the A5 document just for registration and verification so I could move the TPS. I got the A5 at the West Jakarta KPU office yesterday (March 15, 2019) and was directed to the Village Office today even though Saturday is due to open half a day. But when I arrived here it was 10:00 a.m. there was no one officer, there was only 1 security who claimed to not know anything. Wow, after I chanted, then the security of one employee's phone (maybe) and I just gave my cellphone number. Worse before, security claimed to me that he didn't even have this officer's cellphone number. I said why was this afternoon still empty and irresponsible the officer did not know where, the security instead defended and said it was not irresponsible but because this was Saturday, sometimes it was not certain if someone wanted to be taken care of came. This means that this is overtime outside working hours, meaning that it's the responsibility for duty. This must be reprimanded because it is not responsible for duty

Boss.. Tolong donk di atur baik baik.. Gmana ni sdh di berlakukan PSBB dari pemerintah Indonesia,, tetap saja jalanan ramai org dan kendaraan ny serta msh banyak Warung warung yg berjual makanan msh bisa makan di Tempat.. Kacau kacau.. Sepanjang jalan dari jelambar baru raya sampai ke mini market Duta Buah Taman Duta Mas.. Ramai nya bukan main.. ???

How come the PSBB has been applied by the Indonesian government ,, it's still busy and people are busy and still there are many food stalls that sell food can still eat at the place .. It's chaotic .. All along the way from jelambar baru raya to the mini market Duta Buah Taman Duta Mas .. The crowd is not playing ... ???

mau urus A5 untuk pindah TPS, sangat tidak memuaskan udah di bela belain izin dari kantor hampir 2 jam , disana tidak ada yang jaga ( harusnya yang jaga tidak hanya 1 dong atau yang lain bisa back up ). hanya dikasih nomor tlpn katanya suruh kirim data by wa dan besok suruh ambil lagi . belum sampai dikirim data nya , udah bilang ga bisa mesti minta A5 pengantar dari daerah . padahal temen masih wilayah jakarta juga urus A5 hanya fotocopy KK dan KTP berapa menit jadi . ini udah petugas tidak ada ditolak pula . mengecewakan !!!

Data ektp yg online sudah benar, tp di ektp yg salah cetak saja. Pdhl tinggal di print ulang aja. Mulanya saya ke dukcapil propinsi pusat. Disuruh cetak ulang aja di kelurahan. Saya sudah ke kelurahan setempat, eh, disuruh ke sudin untuk ubah data. Pas saya blg data saya g perlu diubah lg,tinggal print doank. Disuruh lg minta surat pengantar dr RT. Peraturan terbaru,urus ktp g perlu pake surat pengantar dr RT lg, ibu. Ibu yg kerja disitu,masak hrs saya lg yg kasitau? keliatan bgt segala jenis alasan dikeluarkan untuk nyuruh saya nyogok ato pake calo ya bu? Memangnya org g perlu kerja,bolak balik aja ngurus begituan? Service jelek. Pdhl rakyat sudah ada kesadaran mengupdate data yg benar. Urus surat2 lainnya jg mesti pake ktp,klo surat2 yg lain ikutan salah data,gmn? Gimana negara ini bs maju? Antrian jg ga teratur. Bikin trauma aja klo hrs ngurus surat2 gini sendiri. Gmn calo ga makin subur skrg? Update review : dgn kesaktian 2lembar duit merah, ktp saya jadi... G usa susah,g usa repot,duduk manis dirumah aja.. bikin surat2 di indonesia tanpa pungli?mission impossible..
The online ektp data is correct, but the wrong ektp is just printed. Pdhl just reprint it. At first I went to the dukcapil of the central province. I was told to reprint it in the village. I've been to the local village, uh, told to the sub-dept. to change the data. When I said my data didn't need to be changed anymore, I just had to print it out. I was told to ask for a cover letter from RT. The latest regulations, take care of ID cards, you don't need to use a cover letter from the RT again, mother. The mother who works there, cook, should I tell you? it looks like all kinds of excuses have been issued to tell me to pay a bribe or use a broker, ma'am? Do people not need to work, just go back and forth to take care of that? Bad service. Pdhl people already have the awareness to update the correct data. Kantornya OK, ruangan bersih dan sejuk. Layanan PTSP secara umum baik. Mau ganti kartu keluarga karena ada anggota keluarga meninggal dunia. Sayangnya tidak bisa karena status kependudukan masih aktif, walaupun 6 tahun llau sudah terbit akte kematiannya. Oleh petugas diminta lapor ke Kanto Disdukcapil Jakarta Barat
The office is OK, the room is clean and cool. PTSP services are generally good. I want to change the family card because a family member passed away. Unfortunately it can't because the population status is still active, even though 6 years later the death certificate has been issued. The officers were asked to report to West Jakarta Disdukcapil Kanto
