Banyak review yg jelek. Tp sy rasa itu jaman dulu kali ya. Kalau pengalaman saya sih baik. Sy urus akte kematian ayah saya dan ganti KK baru krn hapus nama di KK, juga ganti KTP baru ibu krn perubahan status. Dilayani dengan baik dengan petugas bernama Pak Ibnu. Tidak ada proses belibet dan rumit. Tidak ada pungli. Prosesnya jg cepat. Bahkan sy minta pdfnya jg dikasih. Diinfokan jg nomor WA petugas jadi bs tanya sdh selesai atau belum. Atau bs tanya info lainnya. Semoga keadaan ini dapat berjalan terus dan dipertahankan dgn baik.
Lots of bad reviews. But I think that was in the past. My experience is good. I took care of my father's death certificate and changed the new KK because I deleted the name on the KK, also changed the mother's new KTP because of the change in status. Served well by an officer named Pak Ibnu. No grouse and complicated process. No illegal fees. The process is fast too. I even asked for the pdf to be given too. Also informed the WA number of the officer so you can ask whether it is finished or not. Or can ask for more info. Hopefully this situation can continue and be well maintained.

Parkir gratis, urus suratΒ² gratis. Senin pagi urus ektp hilang dan ganti KK baru di loket depan, hanya dalam 15 menit selesai. Gratis. Dan tidak terima tips. Wow! Syarat urus ektp hilang: surat kehilangan dari kepolisian dan copy KK. Syarat ganti KK baru : KK asli, KK copy, copy akta lahir semua anggota keluarga yg di dalam KK.
Free parking, free mail. Monday morning, take care of the missing ectp and replace the new KK at the front counter, in just 15 minutes it was over. Free. And don't accept tips. Wow! Missing requirements for ektp management: lost letter from the police and a copy of KK. Requirements to replace new KK: original KK, copy KK, copy of birth certificate for all family members in the KK.

Ngurus persyaratan menikah di kelurahan agak sedikit bete tapi nggak ribet. Mestinya kasih *2 tapi karena petugasnya ada yang mau bantu dan kasih alternatif solusi, gw kasih *3, yang sebenarnya bisa diurus 2x dateng tapi jadi 4x Pertama datang, ada petugas yg cowo kurus lg berkutat dpn komputer, gak ramah, suruh kt ambil persyaratan dan nanti ditaroh aja ke kotaknya . Akhirnya pulang lagi karena harus ngumpulin berkas, nah dateng lagi dan akhirnya udah taroh berkas di kotak. Besok saya datang lg ternyata belom diproses karena berkas ada yang kurang. Ternyata surat pernyataan blm menikah diminta pula yang Asli. Padahal di kertas persyaratan cuman ditulis fotokopi aja. Kali ini yg bertugas bukan si cowo kurus ga ramah itu. Tapi ada dua bapak2, akhirnya si bapak itu mau bantu proses dg syarat besoknya saya bawa surat pernyataan asli yg sudah dimaterai 10000 Besok saya datang lg dan finally kelar urusannya. Dapat surat PM1 dan N1 (N2 N4 sudah ditiadakan katanya) Saran saya kalau nulis persyaratan yang jelas lah.. Jd menyia nyiakan waktu orang aja. Fyi disini urus surat nya gratis dan parkir gratis.
Taking care of the requirements for marriage in the kelurahan is a bit difficult but not complicated. I should have given *2 but because there are officers who want to help and provide alternative solutions, I give *3, which can actually be taken care of 2x but came 4x When they first arrived, there was an officer who was a skinny guy who was struggling with the computer, not friendly, told him to take the requirements and then just put it in the box. Finally went home again because I had to collect files, so I came again and finally put the files in the box. Tomorrow I will come again, apparently it has not been processed because there are missing files. It turned out that the original statement was also asked for an unmarried statement. Even though the requirements paper only wrote a photocopy. This time the one on duty was not the skinny, unfriendly guy. But there are two gentlemen, finally the father wants to help with the process on the condition that the next day I bring the original statement that has been stamped 10000 Tomorrow I will come again and the business is finally done. Received PM1 and N1 letters (N2 N4 has been removed) My advice is to write clear requirements.. So it's a waste of people's time. Fyi here taking care of the mail is free and parking is free.

Petugas tidak menghargai waktu orang. TIap kesana hanya diminta menunggu. Apa tidak dipikir untuk urus 1 berkas kami pekerja perlu cuti. 1 berkas perlu 3hari dengan acara 1 hari 2x bolak balik karena kinerja yg pelan dan tidak serius dengan kerjaan. Jaman sekarang masi begini bagaimana indonesia bisa maju.
Officers don't value people's time. Everyone there was only asked to wait. Don't you think to take care of 1 file, our workers need time off. 1 file takes 3 days with 1 day 2 x back and forth events due to slow performance and not serious about work. Nowadays, this is how Indonesia can progress.

Petugas tidak ramah, tidak mau membantu, cuek tidak peduli. Saya perlu formulir PM1, sudah bawa surat pengantar RT RW. Disuru minta tanda tangan RT lagi pakai formulir dia, aneh kan? OK diikuti, setelah RT ttd lgs saya drop ke kantor hari yg sama. Dia blg besok pagi selesai karena sudah trlalu siang (jam 1). Esoknya saya kesana jam 10:40 dgn ekpektasi bisa bawa PM1 itu lgs ke kantor BPN. Sampe sana..eeeh belom diapa2in donk berkas2 saya, malah pakai alasan lurah lom ttd, ya berkasnya aja belom diketik gmn dittd. Buru2 tuh diketik saat itu, trus si lurah lg pergi donk. Ditungguin 2 jem kaga balik2 pak lurah. uda ditlponin satpam juga ttp kaga mau balik si pak lurah, terpaksa saya tinggal, minta sopir ambilin siangan. Setelah diambil sopir eeeh ternyata masi perlu di ttd terus dibawa balik donk formulir itu ke pak lurah utk distempel.....knapa ga dari tadi saya ttd dulu itu formulir biar lgs kelar, toh itu formulir diketik setelah saya sampai disana??? 1 formulir PM1 perlu 6 trip (kesana dikasi form, kesana drop form, kesana mau ambil gagal, kesana ambil stlh lurah ttd. kesana drop stlh saya ttd, besok kesana lg ambil stlh lurah stempel). Menghabiskan waktu 3 hari (puasa tutup jam 3 siang) hanya untuk 1 formulir PM1. Knp ya petugas sana begitu suka menghabiskan waktu warga? Apa karena disana mrk tidak ada kerjaaan bgt dan banyak sekali waktu luang jadi ngerjain warga bolak balik 6x hanya utk 1 formulir??? Apa tidak tahu kita juga perlu kerja? Cuti 3 hari hanya utk 1 formulir?
The staff is not friendly, doesn't want to help, doesn't care. I need the PM1 form, I have brought the RT RW cover letter. Asked to ask for the RT's signature again using his form, isn't that weird? OK, followed, after the RT was signed, I immediately dropped it off at the office the same day. He said tomorrow morning it would be finished because it was too late (1 o'clock). The next day I was there at 10:40 with the expectation that I could take the PM1 directly to the BPN office. Until then.. Eh, I haven't done anything with my files yet, instead I used the excuse that the lurah didn't sign it, yes, the file hasn't been typed, how can it be signed. It was typed in a hurry at that time, then the lurah left again. Waited 2 hours and didn't come back, the village head. The security guard has also called but doesn't want to come back, the village head, I have to stay, ask the driver to pick up my lunch. After the driver took it, it turned out that it still needed to be signed and then brought the form back to the village head for stamping.....why didn't I sign the form first so that it was finished, after all, the form was typed after I got there??? 1 PM1 form requires 6 trips (there was given a form, there dropped the form, there wanted to take it failed, there took it after the headman signed. There dropped it after I signed it, tomorrow there again pick it up after the lurah has a stamp). Spent 3 days (fasting closes at 3pm) only for 1 PM1 form. Why do the officers there like to spend time with residents? Is it because they don't have a lot of work there and there's a lot of free time, so they work 6 times back and forth with residents just for 1 form??? Don't you know we also need to work? 3 days off for only 1 form?

My mom lost her ID card when she was traveling so we came here to apply for the new id card because we lived near here. Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad. 5 months ago, after waiting for a long time, my mom had been asked to get the lost report and the staff worked slowly. To complete the prerequisites, we went to police, made the lost report and went back here. We were told to wait 3 months for the process. After 3 months, we went back here, but the staff told us, he would look up to their documents and the staff asked for my mom phone number. They would contact my mom by phone if they had finished my mom id card. Too bad until now, no one contacted my mom. And I decided to take my mom to take a peek if the id card had finished. The staff looked up to their piles of id card slowly. Finally, they found my mom id card. I don’t know why the process took so long, the staff worked so slow and kept chatting to each other. maybe because they did not feel it is urgent for them or tired with their works. Maybe the office should change the system, for better staff and better service. I know Indonesia is taking another step to β€˜no bribing’, but should I bribe to get the better and faster service? I don’t know.

Was ignored by staffs when I entered the office. Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, gave me a form to have RT signed. I got my RT to sign it and dropped off the form the same day. Was told it will be ready by tomorrow morning, when I got there 11 am, the form hadnt been typed out and I was given an excuse that it hadnt been signed by Lurah and that Lurah wasnt in the office and told me to wait. How could it be sign if the form was never prepared in the 1st place? Wasted 2 days just to get one simple form.
