★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 banyak oknum pegawai merangkap calo, alurnya: kalo proses sendiri jadinya lama dan syaratnya jadi banyak dan dipersulit, kalo cepet pasti minta duit yg tidak ada tanda terima dan tarif nya, tolong KPK, walikota, ombudsman, gubernur jabar, dan instansi terkait lainnya bisa menindak lanjuti, Alternatif bisa mengurus lewat mall pelayanan publik yg lebih baik pelayanannya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf kelurahannya baik, gercep banget. Saya KKN disini alhamdulillah dilancarkan. Pak Lurah nya selalu ada di Kantor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk seburuk-buruknya. saya bertanya gimana cara mengurus ktp hilang kata beliau suruh bikin ktp via Eopen saya udh download aplikasinya dan saya minta tolong gimana caranya mengunkan apk tersebut beliau jawab tidak tau. dan sehabis itu saya ga di kasih arahan apa2. seharusnya kn dikasih arahan harus kemana-mananya gt kasih arahan ini malah saya di diemin ga di kasih arahan apa2 parahh bgt sumpah
Bad service at worst.
