★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat, petugas ramah baik, gak bertele2. Tapi yg antri knp pada bejubel di pintu jadi halangin orang mau masuk pdhl di luar banyak kursi tunggu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutup pelayanan sesuka hati pegawai, padahal tertulis tutup pelayanan jam 4 sore, kmrn saya tinggal fotocopy 5 menit, belum ada jam 15.00 sudah di tutup. Seperti itu setiap hari apakah tidak termasuk korupsi waktu?

Ini adalah syarat penutupan kartu kredit alm ayah saya tapi kelurahan seenaknya mempending tanpa alasan yg jelas,saat ditanya asalannya hanya bisa mengelak.mau uang????
Pemberitahuan syarat untuk mengurusnya pun tidak lengkap,saya 3x bolak balik karna tidak diberitahu dengan jelas syarat pengurusannya apa saja.
menutup lebih cepat dari jadwal yg ditetapkan,seharusnya mendapat sangsi berat kelurahan ini.
harga diri kalian dmn?! hati nurani kalian dmn?! kelurahan apa bantar gebang,isinya kok busuk

Istri saya mengurus izin perpanjangan makam di PTSP Pd Bambu hari Rabu 5 Jan 2022 lk jam 14.00.
Saat sudah membayar retribusi SKRD dengan gopay, diminta petugas untuk memberi copy (printout) bukti pembayaran. Oleh petugas diarahkan ke salah satu petugas lain, untuk mengirim skrin shot dan di cetak di printer PTSP.
Di petugas ini, alih-alih ia memberi no WA atau bluetooth untuk mengirim file copy, tapi malah meminta istri saya utk login akun WA di terminal PC kelurahan.
Istri tadinya tidak paham mengapa hrs login WA di PC itu. Ternyata agar istri dapat disuruh mengirim file copy transfer gopay dr HP ke salah satu kontak, lalu si petugas tinggal ambil file copy tsb dari akun WA istri di PC, lalu nge print dari PC tersebut.
Risikonya:
si petugas dapat melihat chat² di WA istri.
Lalu, setelah selesai, sang petugas juga tidak 'log out' WA di PC, tapi hanya menutup browser. Baru saat istri sadar, istri saya sendiri yg ambil alih PC dan pastikan log out WA dari PC itu. Bayangkan jika praktek ini dilakukan ke masyarakat lain yg diminta cetak di situ.
Kepada pimpinan PTSP Kel. Pd Bambu, harap diperhatikan aktivitas semacam ini yg berpotensi pelanggaran privasi. Terima kasih.

My wife took care of the permit for the extension of the tomb at PTSP Pd Bambu on Wednesday 5 Jan 2022 at 14.00.
When you have paid the SKRD levy with gopay, the officer is asked to provide a copy (printout) of proof of payment. The officer was directed to another officer, to send a screen shot and print it on the PTSP printer.
In this officer, instead of giving him a WA or bluetooth number to send a copy of the file, he asked my wife to login to the WA account at the village PC terminal.
The wife didn't understand why she had to log in to WA on the PC. It turns out that so that the wife can be told to send a copy of the GoPay transfer file from HP to one of the contacts, then the officer just takes the copy file from the wife's WA account on the PC, then prints it from the PC.
The risk:
the officer can see the chats on the wife's WA.
Then, when finished, the officer also did not 'log out' WA on the PC, but only closed the browser. It was only when my wife realized that it was my wife who took over the PC and made sure to log out of WA from the PC. Imagine if this practice was carried out to other communities who were asked to print there.
To the leadership of PTSP Kel. Pd Bambu, please be aware that this kind of activity has the potential to violate privacy. Thank you.
