★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor pelayanan masyarakat terparah yang pernah saya kunjungi, istirahat jam 12:00 sampai jam 13:00. Sampai jam 13:40 petugas belum ada yang sama sekali melayani. Sudah ambil izin tidak kerja demi mengurus surat tapi yang didapat hanya bengong dgn jawaban petugas sedang makan, sedang makan, sedang makan.
Andai saja pemerintah tau akan hal ini.
