Sayang sekali pegawai nya...banyak ngobrol.
Padahal banyak yang masyarakat yang menunggu. Sangat di sayangkan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berkas lengkap, nunggu lama, tapi masih aja salah!! Gak teliti pembuatannya?! Pelayanan kurang!!! Blangko KTP alasannya gak ada terus?! Dimna2 klo bikin KTP klo bayar ja langsung jadi, klo yg gratisan ja bertahun2 ja belum tentu dapat, heran?!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak ramah, mohon untuk lebih ramah lagi melayani masyarakat karna kalian di gaji oleh uang rakyat. Lebih di tingkatkan lagi pelayanan pengurusan administrasi penduduk. Cari tau dan beri solusi ketika ada masalah atau kesalahan persyaratan pengajuan pembuatan apapun. Bukannya kita malah disuruh nunggu sampai berbulan bulan tanpa solusi. Dri awal tinggal di balaraja, kecamatan ini paling JELEK dri segi SDM. Tolong pemerintah daerah di Monitor SDM yg berdampak buruk buat masyarakat.
The service is very unfriendly, please be more friendly to serve the community because you are paid by people's money. Further improvement in the administration of population services. Find out and provide solutions when there are problems or errors in any submission requirements. It's not like we were told to wait for months without a solution. When I first lived in Balaraja, this sub-district was the WORST in terms of human resources. Help the local government to monitor HR which has a bad impact on the community.
