★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat lama.. Pelayanan yg di utamakan hanya orang yg kenal terlebih dahulu.. Tujuan kita semua sama ingin melengkapi berkas saja. Kenapa di bikin nunggu sampai berhari hari padahal cuma TTD saja.. Kalau ada orang dalam yg kenal malah di dahulukan.. Gak bagus pelayanan nya kantor kecamatan koja.
The service is very long .. The priority service is only people who know first .. Our goal is the same as to just complete the file. Why do you make you wait for days when it's only a TTD .. If someone from the inside knows it, it takes precedence .. Not good service, Koja sub-district office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah sekali ngurus IMB secara online, harus bolak balik kecamatan karena tidak paham dan awam soal persyaratan dan lain lainnya .
Harusnya petugas lebih detail lagi memberikan penjelasan, bukannya ini pekerjaan mereka ? Saya kecewa ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah... dalam 1 minggu teratasi sudah Rute saya sampe ke tempat tujuan, waktu yg di tempuh antara Tambun - Koja 1 jam sejauh 33 km.... Trims google Maps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, saya masyarakat yang baru pertama kali mengurus surat" pernikahan, diawal Dateng tidak ada satpam, masuklah saya ke dalam dan ketemu karyawan, saat ingin bertanya saya di kasih kode untuk tidak bertanya, saat saya keluar lagi ketemu seorang karyawan lainnya, dengan keadaan bingung beliau bilang berkas taro di box karna kita sudah tidak Nerima tatap muka beliau langsung pergi, saat itu saya taro box berkas saya dan saya bingung antara di tunggu dan ditinggal, karna di box tidak ada pernyataan untuk ditinggal, akhirnya saya duduk dulu, tidak lama beliau kembali dan saya bertanya ini ditinggal atau bagaimana pak, beliau jawab tinggal saja kan tadi sudah bilang tidak ada tatap muka, lalu saya menjawab maaf pak kita baru urus surat" jadi kurang faham soalnya juga gak ada tulisan ditinggal, terus beliau menjawab Iyah gpp namanya KECERDASAN orang berbeda", saya merasa tersinggung, namanya saya orang awam saya bertanya, salah saya dimana ??
Beliau mengungkit berbicara kecerdasan kembali, akhirnya saya pergi, dan karyawan yang ada didalam keluar beliau berbicara lagi ke karyawan lain, dan bilang gpp namanya kecerdasan orang beda"
