★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon untuk pelayanan nya agak diperbaiki, Terutama utk kantor Lurah Kampung rawa. singkat cerita waktu saya awal bikin e-KTP proses nya lama dan agak dipersulit dan setelah jadi KTP sayapun bermasalah pada no NIK yg tidak terlihat jelas hingga membuat urusan yg menggunakan no NIK KTP sulit dilakukan, dan baru saja saya kembali hari ini untuk mengurus perbaikan saya bertanya, brp lama proses perbaikan KTP berjalan hingga jadi, dijawab yg 3bln aja orglain blm jadi. katanya harus sabar, apa kabar dgn waktu saya bikin pertama udah lama proses nya dan agak dipersulit utk memperbaiki nya juga harus nunggu waktu yg cukup lama. Sangat kecewa dgn sistem pelayanan kelurahan kampung rawa , untuk semua staf kantor lurah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat pagi bapak atau ibu saya inggin mengadukan perihal pembagian sembako yg tidak rata d kampung rawa sawah 1 rt.005 / 06 kelurahan kampung rawa kecamatan johar baru Keluarga kami masih terdaftar di kartu keluarga dan ktp di rt. 005 / 06 kelurahan kampung rawa cman rumah kami pindah tidak jauh dri rt. 005 / 06 kampung rawa dari awal pembagian bantuan sembako dari pemerintah provinsi DKI JKT dan dari bantuan presiden RI
1. Saya tidak kebagian bantuan sembako dari presiden yg tas merah
2.saya mendapatkan bantuan sembako dari pemrov DKI yg kardus tapi cuman 1/2 isi nya posisi kardus tidak tertutup rapat oleh lakban yg saya tau pembagian sembako dri pemrov DKI jakarta disemua daerah tuh posisi kardus nya rapat tertutup lakban
Setelah saya menanyakan kepda pihak RT 005 / 06 katanya kluarga kami tidak mendapatkan bantuan sembako krna kami sudah tidak d RT.005 / 06 dan katanya kalau dipanggil kerumah berarti saya dapat bantuan sembako kalau ga d panggil berarti sya tidak mendapatkan sembako setelah saya cek d daerah laen mau yg udah pndah rmhnya tapi msh terdaftar d kartu keluarga di wilayah tersebut tetap dapat bantuan sembako dri pemerintah dan presiden
3. Hari ni tgl 26 oktober tidak mendapatkan sembako bantuan tolong agar pak lurah menindak lanjuti permasalahan pembagian sembako yg tidak adil dan tidak rata jangan sampai permasalahan ini saya kirim emal k pemrov dki, kementrian sosial dan kpda presiden lagi perihal pembagian sembako kmrn yg saya tidak dapat saya sudah mengirimkan email dan instagram kpda bapak anies baswedan dan kementrian sosial dan kpda presiden alhamdulillah mereka merespon dan akan menindak lanjuti permasalahan nie

Sangat strategis karena berdekatan dengan pemadam kebakaran, dinas kebersihan serta gelanggang olahraga. Disekitarnya juga terdapat pusat-pusat toko dan pedagang kaki lima yg ditata dan diorganisir, sehingga menyemarakan dan meramaikan suasana area pemerintahan di Johar Baru.

Saya warga yg berdomisili di wilayah Johar Baru, Jakarta Pusat Kode Pos 10560, mohon kiranya mendapatkan penjelasan dasar peraturanya untuk data yg diminta dgn kronologi permintaan data sbb:
1.Bahwasannya minggu pertama Desember 2021 ini pihak dari ketua RT di Wilayah tempat tinggal saya (kelurahan Johar Baru) meminta data untuk Kepentingan kelurahan Johar Baru (kata Ketua RT tersebut pastinya menurut saya perintah dari atas sampai ke tingkat RT) data data sbb :
- Copy Buku Nikah
Padahal data status pada Kartu Keluarga sudah tercatat status anggota keluarga, istri/suami/anak/family. Sementara info yg saya terima dari Pihak Ketua RT hanya mengatakan "saya hanya menjalankan tugas saja yg diterima dari Pihak kelurahan Johar Baru dgn inisial ibu "K"
