★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat yang lagi bangun rumah di ruang lingkup kecamatan ini hati-hati..Kalian pemilik rumah bakal di suruh bayar 20 juta yang katanya buat izin padahal HOAX..dan setiap harinya bakal ada orang kecamatan yang datang buat minta jatah kaya preman..Saran dari saya lebih baik kalian sewa orang timur buat amanin proses pembangunan rumah kalian dari pada kasih orang-orang yg "katanya" PNS tapi kelakuan Preman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk dan lama.. Sudh masukin izin KRK sejarah tanggal 27 Maret 2020, sampe tanggal 15 Mei 2020 belum selesai juga. Survey dilakukan pda tanggal 27 April 2020,,sampai skrg status berkas msih selesai survey. Padahal selain survey, semoga pekerjaan sudh diproses pke laptop jdi pandemi corona ini tdk menghambat perijinan, krna pekerjaan bisa dikerjakan secara online.

Pengurusan banyak jenis dokumen bisa di sini termasuk IMB Gudang asalkan luas di bawah 1500 meter persegi dan tidak lebih dari dua lantai, kalau lebih harus ke Kotamadya Jakarta Barat di Puri Indah. Segala formulir dan daftar persyaratan juga lengkap. Parkiran lumayan luas. Letaknya si sebelah kantor polisi dan komando militer, dekat pertigaan Relasi.
