★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&T jika sekiranya pelayanan mulai kurang baik sebaiknya di TUTUP saja!!! Pengiriman paket saya ke tangerang dan jelas sudah ada di gateway tangerang kenapa bisa balik lagi ke JAKARTA dan bahkan sempat ke BEKASI? Mau diajak jalan² kemana itu paket?
J&T if if the service starts to be not good, it should just CLOSE !!! Sending my package to tangerang and obviously already at the tangerang gateway, why can I go back to JAKARTA and even get to BEKASI? Do you want to be invited to where the package?

Ke callcentre terdekat malah jawabannya "kalo saya yang ngomong percuma malah dapet low respon" malah di kasih nomor call centre gudangnya suruh tlfn sndri , pulsa berbayar lagi . percuma pak ke gudang ga di kasih , (terusgimana?) Nanti saya follow lagi *hadehhh! . ini pelayanan apa bukan ?? Beli 3 barang sama sama j&t express yg dateng 2 bareng di hari yg sama , yg 1 masih di tahan , jelek amat j&t , nyesel amat .
How is this? Already 6 days still in the warehouse j5 error (TLC) ????? I'll follow it again * hadehhh! . What is this service or not ?? Buy 3 items at the same time as J & T Express, which came 2 together on the same day, 1 which is still in detention, ugly, very poor, very sorry.
