★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya jelek banget, yang jaga front desk ngasih info beda-beda, satu bilang A yang satu bilang B, padahal saya telpon hanya berjarak sekitar 1,5 jam alhasil waktu saya kesana ada banyak sekali kekeliruan.

Bikin foto pura2 bantuin petugas nyapu, padahal ga bantu samasekali...
Gedeg banget liatnya....
Sayangnya ga kefoto tadi..
Petugas kebersihan nya udah sepuh, bilang makasih juga enggak...

Hanya saja untuk aplikasinya masih lemot. Mngkin karna server.
Untuk yang mau urus berkas2 harus download aplikasi e open kota bekasi di play store. Daftar dan nanti ada pilihan sesuai berkas yg mau diurus. Untuk file persyaratan difoto dan diupload. Bagi yg trkendala ukuran file trlalu besar bisa dicompres trlbih dahulu.
