β β β β β Pelayanan sangat buruk pelayanan offline pengurusan surat pindah di janjian petugas sore atau besok nya dan hampir berminggu minggu tidak jadi juga, petugas pada tidak amanah pada judes juga tidak tulus melayani masyarakat !!!! Pelayanan online tidak seusai harapan dan tidak jelas ketika penolakan dokumen ada yg tidak lengkap tidak di kasih tau apa yg tidak lengkap nya, mohon pemerintah kab cianjur perbaiki sistem dan sdm nya

β β β β β Sudah 2 kali pengajuan perubahan elemen data di KK melalui simpelaku tapi pengajuannya selalu ditolak padahal semua dokumen sudah dilampirkan. Mengajukan pengaduan ke no WA disdukcapil Kab. Cianjur tercinta tapi sangat tidak responsif. Tolong diperbaiki sistem nya. Jangan menyusahkan rakyat.
There have been 2 times the submission of changes to data elements in the KK through simpleaku but the submissions are always rejected even though all the documents have been attached. Submit a complaint to the WA no. Disdukcapil Kab. Beloved Cianjur but very unresponsive. Please fix the system. Don't trouble the people.

Pengajuan online pun melebihi eatimasi selesai rakyat di resah kan,
Pas saya datang ke dukcapil minta tlong D cek nmr resinya sudah sampai mana staff nya pun tidak tahu caranya bagaimana malah nyuruh anak PKL attitude seperti apa itu????...
Tlong d benahi pelayanannya + pengurusan berkas" Masyarakat ini masalahnya penting. Bukan untuk main" tanggung jawab kalian besar, ini tentang data masyarakat jika tidak mampu lebih baik ganti dengan yg layak ada di posisi itu dan bertanggung jawab atas segala pekerjaannya.

β β β β β No Pelayanan hampir keseluruhan tidak ada yang responsif sama sekali. Saya sudah melakukan pengaduan mengenai kendala data identitas saya di jam pelayanan tertera. Tapi sejauh ini, tidak ada sedikitpun respon.
Mohon untuk sistem pelayanannya diperbaiki kembali, agar setidaknya untuk warga yang berKTP Cianjur dengan domisili luar daerah, apabila memiliki keperluan mendadak untuk perbaikan data bisa di terselesaikan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.
Dan setidaknya mohon diberikan solusi yang lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Apabila situs website instansi tidak dapat digunakan untuk sementara waktu. Mohon sekali cantumkan no pelayanan yang paling tidak bisa merespon di jam kerja normal.
Kalau seperti ini, menurut saya sangat amat tidak memberi kemudahan. Situs web instansi bermasalah, no pelayanan 3/5 tidak sama sekali merespon & no telp dengan kode daerah instansinya pun sulit dihubungi.
No. Almost all of the services are not responsive at all. I have made a complaint regarding the problem with my identity data during the service hours listed. But so far, there hasn't been the slightest response.
We ask for the service system to be repaired again, so that at least for residents with Cianjur ID cards with domicile outside the region, if they have a sudden need for data repair, they can be resolved more effectively and efficiently.
And at least please provide a better solution in the future. If the agency website cannot be used for a while. Please state the number of the service that at least can't respond during normal business hours.
If this is the case, in my opinion, it is very, very inconvenient. The agency's website has problems, the service number 3/5 does not respond at all & the phone number with the agency's regional code is difficult to contact.

β β β β β Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya, masa saya kesini harus datang dari sebelum subuh cuma buat ngambil no. Antrian. Sedangkan kantor buka jam 7:15. Saya harus menunggu kurang lebih 1 jam lebih cuma buat ngambil nomor antrian, belum nanti ngantri LG buat panggilan. Saya sudah 2 kali kali kesini tapi selalu kehabisan nomor antrian. Sedangkan saya dari Bogor, buat kesini saya gak punya banyak waktu. Tolong ddong pelayanannya ditingkatkan lagi, lebih cepat LG.
Very disappointed with the service, when I came here I had to come from before dawn just to take the number. Queue. While the office opens at 7:15. I have to wait for more than 1 hour just to get the queue number, not yet waiting for LG to make a call. I've been here 2 times but always run out of queue numbers. While I'm from Bogor, I don't have much time to come here. Please improve the service again, it's faster, LG.

Pelayann bagus.
Tapi lamaaa bgt nunggunya.
Kalo mau offline ngambil nomornya harus setelah subuh baru dapet nomer.
