Bisa dianggap sebagai kantor pusat dari Dukcapil, disini terdiri atas beberapa gedung yang memiliki fungsi tersendiri, dsini juga terdapat ATM Bank Mandiri dan ATM Bank BNI yang buka 24 Jam, selain juga terdapat mesjid yang berada di dekat pintu masuk dirjen dukcapil. Selalu ramai oleh pengunjung, baik dari kantor pemerintah lainnya atau dari perusahaan swasta yang berkaitan dengan dirjen dukcapil

Weeehhh... Kesal bgt saya sengaja ambil cuti mau ngurus kk yg hilang (Kk asal saya kk daerah beda provinsi) saya nelpon ke call center dan WA chat dukcapil jawabannya sama -surat kehilangan fr kepolisian & KTP -el. Namun ketika saya sampai di dukcapil jakarta barat katanya gk bisa melayani kehilangan kk dr luar provinsi. Ngapain saya dtng klo jawabannya :Ibu hanya bisa mengurus kk hilang di daerah asal. Itu mah saya juga tau. Krn daerah asal saya kebetulan Sumatera Utara. Klo saya kembali ke daerah mah saya gk perlu cari tau cara ngurus di daerah jakarta bagaimana ngurus di sini. Jd percuma nlpon ke call center klo harus ngurus kk ke daerah. Dan video youtube Pak zudan itu kayak nihil bgt dilapangan. Gk terealisasi sama sekali. Minus Pelayanan dukcapil.
Weeehhh... However, when I arrived at the dukcapil in West Jakarta, he said he couldn't serve lost family members from outside the province. Why would I come if the answer is: Mother can only take care of lost relatives in the area of ​​origin. That's what I know too. Because my hometown happens to be North Sumatra. When I go back to my area, I don't need to find out how to take care in the Jakarta area, how to take care of it here. So it's useless to call the call center if you have to take care of KK in the area. And Mr. zudan's youtube video seems to be nil in the field. Not realized at all. Minus Dukcapil service.

3 Petugas Pria di bawah tolong diperbaiki Pelayanannya... Saya diundang oleh operator perempuan yg waktu itu sy telpon untuk cek Validasi. Urusan nya ke opertor tsb, bukan anda bertiga. Akhirnya, karena anda bertiga, aku gagal urusan dgn Petugas bersangkutan. Padahal aku dah bawa Arsip2 Asli + Materai Ceban. CC to Pak Ditjen Zudan yg amanah; Dataku terdaftar di Dukcapil Pusat + Kota, Tapi Mengapa ketika di cek On Line atau di Scan eKTP ku masih Invalid ya? Pengalaman saya; - Operator tolong tepati Janjinya untuk kasih tahu masalah Validasi e-KTP ku - Sepertinya, pak Zudahn perlu jadi Intel lagi di lingkungan sendiri + kota Bekasi, Pegawanya kalo ditanya dia jawab ; Gak tahu... Gak tahu...tanya sm itu. - Pak Zudan, aktifkan kembali dong WA pribadinya... Regulasi Petugasnya dari depan dalam gedung kurang memuaskan. Lebih baik langsung ke Pak Zudan. - Nomor Call Center lebih baik ganti...Mahal biaya nelponnya... Mungkin Gratis lebih baik. "Sekali datang dari Jauh ke Pusat dapat Pelayanan kurang baik... Gagal bertemu dgn Petugas operator yg mengundang sy . Padahal jaraknya bagiku yg jarang jalan2 pakai motor,.lumayan jauh + panas. - eKTP domisili Baru di kota Bekasi baru jadi 3 tahun, padahal jarak pindah cuma dari Jakarta Timur saja hasilnya: Belum Validasi. Eh, giliran keponakan dari sebrang (Bengkulu), 3 bulan beres + Validasi. - Dari Anak masih 1 sampai saat ini sudah punya 4 anak, belum beres2 Validasi Identitas. Semua Anggota keluargaku gak ada masalah. - Undangan Pemilu: Nama belakang ditambahin huruf "e". BPJS ditambahi huruf "i". - Padahal sudah di update data penduduk nasional/ sensus. - Saya tanda tanya (?) lihat Kemendagri Dukcapil mendapat penghargaan. Makasih atas Perjuangan untuk memperbaiki kinerja bawahannya Pak Zudan, semoga Allah memudahkan dalam menjalankan Amanah Tugasnya + dapat mengatur Personel2 sesuai dgn Skillnya.
