I said via WhatsApp it was easier, how come my WhatsApp was even blocked...please scold Mrs. Titi as the regent of Lebak...far away from Serang yampe to Capil so no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya benar-benar buruk sekali. Entah siapa itu satpam atau apa lah, masa dia ngelarang buat masuk dan sok tahu ngejelasin ttg layanan data Capil. Org mau tanya ke staff nya ke dalam masa gak boleh dg bahasa yg tidak sopan. Ini keterlaluan masa dia ngelarang hak warga negara untuk sekedar bertanya ke dalam kepada staff kantor.
Dan juga di dalam keknya gak ada fasilitas buat menunggu, kursi pun tak ada.
The service is really terrible. I don't know who is a security guard or what, how could he forbid him to enter and pretend to be clear about Capil's data services. People want to ask their staff in the future in language that is not polite. This is outrageous when he prohibits the right of citizens to just ask the office staff.
And also in his grandfather there were no facilities for waiting, not even seats.
