★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati-hati pungli! Akhir tahun 2020 urus pernikahan disini, jelas-jelas ada banner tolak pungli tapi petugas tetap meminta uang seikhlasnya. Sepertinya hampir setiap KUA punya petugas yang memiliki jiwa pengemis bukan jiwa pelayanan publik bahkan ada juga yang satu KUA yang sudah sekongkol untuk mengemis ke masyarakat yang jelas-jelas sedang butuh. Mohon tingkatkan kesadaran untuk melayani publik dengan sepenuh hati jangan setengah hati. Semoga komen saya dibaca Menteri Agama supaya banyak berbenah diri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengantar anak membuat ktp baru di kantor kec.bojonggede. Hari senen pegawai apel dulu, jam 08.30 petugas menyiapkan meja pendaftaran dipintu kecamatan.
Prosesnya sederhana , copy kartu keluarga diserahkan dan dikasih tanda di kk siapa yg buat ktp ,dikumpulkan dimeja petugas dan terus dipanggil satu satu , ditanyakan keperluannya
Dokumen dipilah yang mau buat ktp atau yg lainnya . Karena kondisi covid 19 , diterapkan protokol kesehatan , warga dipanggil satu persatu untuk masuk keruangan . Kurang lebih 1/2 jam selesai .
Diberikan resi untuk pengambilan ktp. Untuk melihat sudah selesai atau belum ada web resmi untuk mengecek. Mengenai selesainya kalau lancar 3- 14 hari kelar , kalau nggak mesti ditelusuri dulu masalahnya
