★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat dan ramah, satpamnya ramah. Pembuatan kartu kuning sekitar 15 menit. Persyaratan pembuatan kartu kuning fotokopi ijazah/skl 1 lembar, fotokopi ktp 1 lembar, dan pas foto 3x4 sebanyak 2 lembar. Tidak dipungut biaya alias gratis.
