Saya punya pengalaman buruk dengan service mereka yang memberikan informasi yang tidak lengkap sehingga saya kesulitan untuk melakukan penarikan uang saya. Posisi saya di Kanada, dan sesuai dengan informasi dari mereka saya harus memberikan Surat Kuasa kepada kakak saya utk melakukan pengambilan uang. Namun ternyata hari ini ditolak untuk ketiga kalinya dengan alasan surat kuasa salah dan harus update info. Seharusnya Bank Bukopin mempekerjakan karyawan yg kompeten dan dapat memberikan informasi yg tepat kepada konsumen sehingga transaksi bisa dilakukan dengan benar dan konsumen tidak bolak balik untuk melakukan suatu transaksi, apalagi konsumennya berada di luar negeri yang tentunya membutuhkan waktu untuk pengiriman dokumen yang diperlukan. Sekali lagi agar Bank Bukopin mempekerjakan karyawan yang kompeten dan cerdas.
Customer Service and Teller are less competent. I have a bad experience with the service of those who provide incomplete information so I have trouble making withdrawals of my money. My position is in Canada, and according to the information from them I have to give my sister a power of attorney to make money. But it turned out that today was rejected for the third time, because the power of attorney was wrong and had to update the info. Bank Bukopin should employ employees who are competent and can provide the right information to consumers so that transactions can be carried out correctly and consumers do not go back and forth to make a transaction, especially consumers who are abroad who certainly need time to send the necessary documents. Once again, Bank Bukopin employs competent and intelligent employees.
