Belum lagi CS dan pegawainya juga.
Tempat ny juga nyaman, disediakan airminum juga
Cuman tempatnya ngak terlalu besar. Dan CS ny juga tidak terlalu banyak. Jadi jika waktu ramai harap bersabar saja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk... Di google maps buka sampai jam 16:00. Nyata nya sampei ditempat sudah tutup jam 14:00... buriiiiik banget... Gak akurat... Penipuan waktu.
Bad service... On google maps open until 16:00. In fact, when I arrived at the place it was already closed at 14:00... it was really loud... Not accurate... Time scam.

Mohon untuk mempertimbangkan gedung yang lebih luas ya, karena ini merupakan kantor cabang (KC), yang jadi kantor utama pelayanan BSI di Kabupaten Karawang.
Di gedung yang sekarang, untuk area pelayanan yang banyak pengunjung terasa sangat tidak nyaman, ruangan sempit dan tempat duduknya terbatas.
Untuk pelayanan sudah baik, satpam, CS dan teller sigap. Semoga bisa diperbaiki ya.

Please consider a larger building, because this is a branch office (KC), which is the main office for BSI services in Karawang Regency.
In the current building, the service area with many visitors feels very uncomfortable, the room is narrow and the seating is limited.
The service is good, the security guard, CS and teller are alert. Hopefully it can be fixed.
