★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang baik, tidak memuaskan sama sekali, atm saya disable, saya tanya sama sapam nya katanya bawa atm sama ktp saja bisa, udh saya ngantri berjam jam, eh ternyata ga bisa harus bawa buku tabungan nya,,,kecewa bngett

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah pelayanannya tutup jam 2’an masa jam 1.40 WIB udah tutup alasannya jaringan rusakk (gampang betul rusak) perbaikan lahhh

Ruangan lumayan dingin.
Tutup layanannya lebih awal, tapi saya maklum karena sedang PPKM Darurat.
CS & Security guard are friendly.
The room is quite cold.
Close the service early, but I understand because it's an Emergency PPKM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengajuan pinjaman di sini ditelantarkan. Sudah hampir sebulan belum cair. Padahal sudah kasih uang 1jt buat SKU ke bagian marketing atau salesnya. Sudah buat buku tabungan. Ehhh masih mau minta sekian persen kalau sudah cair (alasan agar semangat si marketing ngajuinnya) . Sangat pemerasan. Ditanya via WA engga tau mulu kapan cairnya.
Loan applications here are neglected. It's been almost a month that it hasn't been disbursed. Even though I have given 1 million for SKU to the marketing or sales department. Already made a passbook. Ehhh I still want to ask for a certain percentage when it's disbursed (the reason for the enthusiasm of the marketing team to fight it). Very blackmail. Asked via WA, I don't know when it starts.
