★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from the FamilyMart at P6 floor Seasons City Apartment Parking, and what a huge disappointment it was (14:00 PM).
I was the only customer queuing for payment and the female cashier didn't even ask me to wait, as she just went on checking the register and I'm not even sure what she does but it took almost 10 minutes.
Upon payment there's not even a greeting or an apology for the long wait by the female cashier, yet suddenly there's another male staff who came with a stiff face and a rude behavior asking me about the method of payment, and afterwards whether I'm done with the online payment.
What is wrong with the service in this place? I won't be returning again.
