Ada fasilitas ATM BRI,nya, jadi ga harus jauh-jauh ke kota, kalo mau cari ATM BRI, tapi sayangnya sering rame ngantri ke ATM,nya, depan bank juga ada Pasar Desa (Pasar Ngori)

Seperti bri pada umumnya tetapi ada jam buka ekstra ,hari sabtu karena ramai saat pasar buka dan mungkin ini adalah satu satunya unit bri yang buka kas di hari sabtu

Sy kecewa dg pelayanan BRI unit banyuurip. Tgl 13 januari 2021 sekitar jam 10 pagi, sy ke kantor BRI menemani eyang untk melakukan transaksi pemindahbukuan (transfer) dg nominal di atas 5jt. Tp ditolak oleh teller dg alasan tdk punya atm, unt transaksi di atas 5jt katanya wajib punya atm. Pdhl selama ini eyang sy bs transaksi walaupun tanpa atm. Kami disuruh membuat atm dulu di BRI cab purworejo. Stlh smp di BRI cab purworejo, ternyata diperbolehkan transaksi tanpa atm krn pemilik atm sudah tua. Sy kecewa dg 2 hal, pertama krn aturan yg tdk jelas, di banyuurip ga boleh, pdhl di pusat boleh (kata pegawainya hrusnya disana ttp boleh ditransaksikan krn alasan manula itu). Kedua, karna teller SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH DAN GALAK. Padahal customer yg dihadapi itu org sudah sepuh lho, harusnya dijelaskan pelan2, bagaimana kalo tidak ada yg mendampingi. Sayang sekali sy lupa mencatat nama tellernya. Tp mohon dicek teller yg bekerja di jam 10 pagi tgl 13 januari 2021. Karna hanya ada 1 teller yg beroperasi. Terima kasih
I am disappointed with the BRI service unit Banyuurip. On January 13, 2021 around 10 am, I went to the BRI office to accompany my grandparent to make a transfer transaction with a nominal value above 5 million. But it was rejected by the teller on the grounds of not having an ATM, for transactions over 5 million, he said, he must have an ATM. Pdhl so far, my grandmother can make transactions even without atm. We were told to make ATM first at BRI Cab Purworejo. After junior high school at BRI Cab Purworejo, it turns out that transactions without ATM are allowed because the ATM owner is old. I am disappointed with 2 things, firstly because the rules are not clear, in banyuurip it is not allowed, even at the center it is possible (the staff said it should be there but it can be transacted because of the elderly's reason). Second, because tellers are VERY UNFRIENDLY AND POOR. Even though the customers that are faced are people who are old, you know, it should be explained slowly, what if there is no one accompanying you. Too bad I forgot to write down the name of the teller. But please check with the teller who works at 10 am on January 13, 2021. Because there is only 1 teller operating. thank you

Pelayanan yang ramah tidak bertele tele dgan semua ketentuan yang berlaku... Tempat meskipun agak sempit tetapi dgn penataan yang bagus membuat nyaman ... Suasana yg mendukung membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk kredit maupun menabung ...mantap untuk BRI Banyuurip...
Friendly service, not long-winded with all applicable provisions... The place, although a bit cramped, but with a good arrangement makes it comfortable... A supportive atmosphere helps in making decisions for credit or saving ... steady for BRI Banyuurip...

agak kecewa sama pelayanan di bri banyuurip sudah ke 2 kalinya setiap ke sana dijam tertentu satpam nya tidak pernah standby di depan, mau masuk jadi bingung yg seharusnya satpam memandu ktika ada nsabah masuk ini nasabah malah jadi bingung , tolong untuk diberi edukasi lagi

Untuk bagian antrian sebenarnya di cabang ini tidak terlalu ramai. Untuk pelayanan menurut saya kurang memuaskan. Saat masuk di bank biasanya akan ada satpam yang membukakan pintu dan menanyakan dan memandu nasabah dalam keperluannya tetapi satpam malah duduk duduk santai (keliatannya beliau sudah senior) dan membiarkan nasabah masuk dan keluar bahkan ada beberapa yang mungkin baru pertama kali ke bank dan bingung harus bertanya pada siapa. Respon satpam ini juga kurang memuaskan lebih mendekati tidak ramah dengan intonasi yang mendekati tinggi mungkin memang cara bicaranya seperti itu tapi menurut saya jauh dari kata pelayanan prima. Berbeda sekali dengan pelayanan dibank lain atau cabang bank BRI lainnya.
For the actual queue section at this branch it is not too crowded. In my opinion, the service is not satisfactory. When entering the bank there will usually be a security guard who opens the door and asks and guides customers in their needs but the security guards sit back and relax (seems to be seniors) and let customers in and out. Some may even be going to the bank for the first time and are confused about asking to whom. The security guard's response was also unsatisfactory, closer to being unfriendly with an intonation that was close to high, maybe that's how he spoke, but in my opinion, it's far from excellent service. This is very different from services at other banks or other BRI bank branches.
