★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keren parah pelayanannya, frontliner, banking hall semua2nya mantap smp tukang parkirnya pun ramah, kita br dtg ky ud cs -an gt. Secara dpt antrian no. Urut ratusan. Dan di dlm yg terlayani msh kira2 stghnya. Ktny sabar aja buk, tgl makan dl aja ??. Nti jg ada yg balik, ada yg pulang ga balik2 ?? hari ini hari kamis tgl 1 April 2021 ini ada instruksi terakhir/reminder penggantian atm chip sblm pada diblokir. Jadi mbludak bgt. Ktny tukang parkir udah dr kmrn2 jg rame gini. Kita baru smpt dtg jam 1 siang krn nunggu selesai anak2 skolah daring. Yah mau ga mau namanya ga ada pemain cadangan, mau ga mau eksekusi sendiri. Urus sendiri. Walau bisa diwakilkan, tapi kalo yg diminta wakilin ga mau/ ga ada apa boleh buat. Sbnry kita bukan nasabah cabang sini. Tp cabang yg smping dunkin pondok tuh ?. Sedih kecewa, nyampe sana jam 1 eh ditolak sm pak security krn ktny masih ada 30 antrian di lantai atas..diminta dtg senin. Krn bsk jumat libur nasional. Waduh klo keburu diblokir gimana.. ya udah apa boleh buat. Namanya uda ditolak. Patah hati dah siang2. Kita cb cabang terdekat, inget ada cabang gede di jtwaringin. Lgsg cus kesana krn ktny tutupnya jam 2..smp sana jam setgh 2 siang kurang. Securitynya ramah bgt..
kita tanya "maaf pak mau tanya msih bisa ganti atm kah".
Kata pak security bisa bu, tp di dalam baru antrian 40an gapapa kah".
emg si terlihat di luar jg ud byk antrian kyny ngantri ganti atm chip jg.
"Sy tanya skg msh tersedia antrian brp kah" kata saya.
Kata pak security sambil tersenyum "msh ada antrian 100an mau menunggu bu, gapapa pasti tetap dilayani".
Masya Allah baiknya. Alhamdulillah. Ga sia sia datang jauh2.
Kata saya smbil mikir drpd ga ada wkt luang lg, mumpung sempat keluar ninggal anak2..akhirnya,..
"baiklah gapapa pak, barangkali rejeky bs dpt cepat."
sabar2 kita nunggu gapapa, buat ibu2 ninggal anak2 kecil di rumah kaya saya, dengan Waktu yg sgt terbatas hrs bs bagi waktu sana sini, kebaikan kalian dengan tidak menutup nomor antrian sebelum jam operasional berakhir itu masya Allah keren bgt.
Gapapa saya Bs makan siang dl sambil nunggu. Nunggu di luar tersedia kursi dan tenda. Sampe di dlm jg nyaman bgt nunggunya.
Alhamdulillah walau nunggu berjam jam akhirnya selesai jg..cs, tellernya jg gercep. Pramubaktinya jg cekatan. keren lah semuamuanya.
Maaf kl tidak ada yg tersebut satu2. Sehat dan Sukses terus yah. Smoga Kebaikan kalian, Allah yg balas aamiin.
