datang jam 8 masi sepi, ternyata saat pandemi bukanya jam 8.30. pas dibuka pintunya dikasi satpam malah antrian cs no.4 padahal dateng pertama, saya lihat jelas-jelas satpamnya ambil nomor cs sebelum no.4 trus disimpen (mungkin buat yang udah nitip2 dan bayar ke dia). CS tidak ramah. ini si CS paling tidak ramah selama saya mengunjungi CS bank. belum selesai ngomong dipotong "oh ga bisa mba kalau itu", saya bilang "kok kata temen saya bisa ya yg kerja di bank ini..." blm selesai eh lgsg dipotong lagi "oh yaudah minta diurus aja sama temen mba". saat saya tanya kenapa saya datang pertama tapi antriannya dapat no 4, "oh tanya aja satpamnya". astaghfirullah, say ajuga pernah ya kerja di pelayanan ga gitu cara melayani tamu, kita datang punya masalah job desc cs kan membantu menyelesaikan dengan ramah, kalaupun ga bisa diselesaikan krn kurang ini itu bisa disampaikan dengan baik. dan sebagai cs jangan gamau tau masalah kelakuan satpam atau staf lain atau kritik, cukup aja minta maaf nanti ditegur. beda jauh dengan pelayanan bank mandiri konven yang bahkan OB dan satpamnya aja super ramah dan ngerti prosedur pendaftaran mobile banking dll buat bantu persiapan nasabah saat antri CS jadi saat duduk di CS sudah siap semua form dll

This CS is the most unfriendly person during my visit to CS bank. not finished talking cut "oh can't mba if that", I said "how come my friend said yes the one who works at this bank ..." not finished eh lgsg cut again "oh yeah just ask to be taken care of by my friends mba". when I asked why I came first but the queue got number 4, "oh just ask the security guard". astaghfirullah, I have also worked in the service, that's not the way to serve guests, we came to have a job description problem, right? I helped solve it in a friendly manner, even if it couldn't be resolved because this was lacking it could be conveyed well. and as a CS, don't know about the behavior of security guards or other staff or criticism, just apologize and get reprimanded. much different from conventional independent bank services where even OB and security guards are super friendly and understand the registration procedures for mobile banking etc. to help prepare customers when queuing for CS so when sitting in CS, all forms are ready, etc.

Pelayanan sangat lambat, satu orang bisa di layanin 1 jam, lama banget

Parah antrian selalu lama kalo kesini kalo punya anak kecil dan drmh gaada yg jagain harus sabar2 kalo gabutuh2 bangat males deh. Padahal waktu itu cma mau cairin deposit doang tapi lama antrinya dari jam 1 sampe tutup , tapi pas dicsnya cepet bangat??? tolong diperbaiki lagi csnya jangan cma buka satu kalo antriannya banyak !! jangan bikin orang kecewa kesini
It's bad that the queue is always long if you come here if you have small children and there is no one who looks after you, you have to be patient if you don't need it, you're really lazy. Bagus disaat yg lain sdh habis nomer antrian bsi jatiwaringin masih tersedia antrian untuk migrasi kartu

Saya nasabah ex bni syariah. Sedikit membagikan cerita saya waktu itu saya ingin migrasi dari bnis-bsi di jatiwaringin, dapatlah antrian no28 . Pelayan customer service disini sangat lambat karena cuma 1 customer service saja yg melayani , ok lah gpp saya tunggu, alhasil saya Menunggu dari 08:10-13:40 sampai 5jam lebih .dengan sabar saya menunggu antrian,nah pas giliran no urut 26 mau dipanggil eh mereka meriset lagi urutan dari awal no anterian angka awal, benerΒ² kecewa waktu itu 5jam saya gk benerΒ² gk dihargain . Begini banget pelayanan bsi beda banget dengan bnis yg benar mengutamakan pelayanan. Sudah saldo dipotong 50rb tapi mau migrasi aja ribet bgt. Jadi kapok balik lgi
I am an ex BNI Syariah customer. Share a little my story at that time I wanted to migrate from bnis-bsi in Jatiwaringin, I got queue no28. The customer service waiter here is very slow because there is only 1 customer service serving, ok, I can't wait, as a result I wait from 08:10-13:40 to more than 5 hours. I patiently wait for the queue, now when it's turn for serial number 26, I want to be called eh, they researched again the order from the beginning, the initial number no queue, I was really disappointed that 5 hours I wasn't really appreciated. This is how BSI's service is very different from a business that really prioritizes service. The balance has been deducted by 50 thousand but I want to migrate it's really complicated. So tired of coming back again

Tempatnya bersih, ada lantunan quran, cs ada 2 org, teller ada 1 org. Antrinya bisa 1 jam lebih padahal cuma nunggu 2 org krn ada nasabah penting. ATM cuma ada untuk tarik tunai, seharusnya ada ATM yg buat SETOR TARIK supaya kalo mau setoran gak usah ngatri lama ke teller. Terima kasih
The place is clean, there are chanting of the Koran, cs there are 2 people, there is 1 teller. The queue can be more than 1 hour even though it only waits for 2 people because there are important customers. ATMs are only available for cash withdrawals, there should be ATMs that make WITHDRAWAL DEPOSITS so that if you want a deposit, you don't have to pay a long time to the teller. thank you
