the room is nice, furniture is great, good maintenance, and great cleaning ladies.
the owner, ibu Mona is awesome, so nice and helpful. she really takes every requests and matters seriously and prioritize her guests at maximum.
there's mbak Esty too that's gonna be at the office Monday to Friday to help you if you need anything.
the security guy, Pak Teddy is our favorite. he's so nice and friendly, never hesitate to always help us around.
great place, recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed in a lot of different residences, and I would say that this is the best one. The price is decent and the room sizes are much bigger than usual residences. The cleaning service everyday is also terrific, it's always super clean. There are around 4 (or 5 or more, I'm not sure) kitchens in the building, we only had to share the kitchen with 1 other unit, which is awesome!
Mona, the owner is just awesome! She is so nice and attentive. Every single time there was an issue during our stay, she takes care of it in no time. Even when I contacted her the first time because I wanted to survey the residence, she offered to pick me up. Who else would do that?
We would've stayed here longer if we hadn't had to leave the country because of Corona. Wishing all the best for this place!
