★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah beli aquascale bundling (bak mandi & kaki penyangga baknya) ternyata setelah datang diperiksa banyak bocel2 & bbrp lumayan dalam pdhal penyangganya besi. Masalahnya yg bocel bukan 1/ 2 (saya ada bukti fotonya banyak). Saya melakukan komplain ke tokonya tanggapannya hanya “udh dari sananya begitu”. Really? Very unprofessional. Semoga gak banyak konsumen yg dirugikan seperti saya mengungat harganya jg gak murah.
I once bought an aquascale bundling (bath & tub support legs) it turned out that after arriving, it was checked, there were a lot of leaks & some pretty good in the back even though the support was iron. The problem is that the leak is not 1/2 (I have a lot of photo evidence). I made a complaint to the shop the response was only "that's how it started". Really? Very unprofessional. Hopefully not many consumers who are harmed like me remember the price is also not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tokonya berada di lantai dua. Meskipun kecil namun barangnya lengkap dan staffnya ramah. Harganya juga murah dibanding toko bayi lain di daerah Radio Dalam - Pondok Indah.
The shop is on the second floor. Although small, the items are complete and the staff are friendly. The price is also cheap compared to other baby shops in the Radio Dalam - Pondok Indah area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemesanan via web sudah 4 hari tidak di kirim kirim,dengan alasan kesalahan sistem padahal hal yang sangat simple di kirim ulang stok di toko??kenapa harus ribet nunggu orderan customer lain nyampe baru di kirim k saya,milih jasa kirim yg 1-2 hari sampe tapi ini sudah hari ke 4 status belum di kirim juga???baru 2x belanja sudah kecewa begini,kesalahan bukan dari saya malah saya yg kena imbas
Orders via the web have not been sent for 4 days, due to a system error even though a very simple thing is sent back to stock at the store why bother waiting for another customer's order to arrive just sent to me, choose a delivery service that takes 1-2 days arrived but this is already the 4th day, the status hasn't been sent yet ??? I've only been shopping twice and I've been disappointed like this, it's not my fault, I'm the one who was affected
