Jam 10.30 datang, di loket tulisannya tutup. Tapi ada bapak-bapak duduk dibelakang loket.. setelah ditanya baru diterima berkasnya. Lumayan cepat sih proses nya. Pindah KK, 10 menitan langsung dapat surat pengantar ke dukcapil.

Tidak ramah sama sekali. Harusnya ditanya keperluanny apa, syaratnya apa saja. Kasian yg jauh rumahnya harus bolak balik. Sebaiknya di pelayanannya diganti yg lebih muda-muda saja

Tanggal 22 Maret 2022, istri saya mendapatkan pelayanan yang tidak mengenakkan dari petugas screening...entah dr kapanewonnya entah dr puskesmas atau dr mana....membentak ga jelas, ga ramah... Dasar sampah!!!

Udah datang dari jam 8 pagi mau benerin ktp. Sampe 08.44 g ada pergerakan proses. Ditanya ternyata org kantornya baru melayat. ?? kenapa g info dr awal. Hargai orglain yg udah nunggu. Useless banget. Tanggal 11 februari ambil ktp, g ngerti lagi sama mbak2 petugas bagian pendaftaran ngumpulin berkas. Ngliatin saya dr atas sampai bawah. Hanya karena saya cewek potongan rambut saya french crop. Saya berbicarapun tidak terlalu didengarkan dia sibuk ngliatin saya dr atas sampe bawah. Risih mbakkeeeeee ?

Salah satu kantor kecamatan yang masih terbelakang mengenai hal pelayanan, galak banget staffnya, dari awal datang nanya galak banget mau apa, orang mau cari info malah disalah salahkan kayak diinterogasi, harusnya dijelaskan prosedur dan apa saja yang dibutuhkan untuk mengurus, tata caranya bagaimana dsb, dokumen apa saja yang kurang, hal seperti sekedar salah isi form saja malah ngotot disalah salahkan, orang tidak tahu bukannya diberi tahu dengan sopan malah ngotot disalah2kan, kalau punya masalah personal nggak perlu dibawa ke tempat kerja.
