(1)karna hal yang buat pelayanan jadi terasa buruk ketika ada kata bilang tidak mau bertemu langsung dengan masyarakat , pertanyaannya kalau gak mau ketemu masyarakat ngapain kerja di kantor pelayanan ?? .
.
(2) ada kata ( kalau masyarakat di omelin gak mau tapi nanti kalau ada apa apa yang repot pihak kecamatan ) . Kalau faktanya data yang saya urus kesalahan dari awal dari pihak kecamatan kenapa ada kata seperti itu?? Bukannya pegawai itu kalau di bayar negara untuk repot melayani .dan negara punya uang dari pajak dari masyarakat

Ini untuk pegawai yang katanya rollingan dari belitung mohon di pecat saja dari hal hal yang memyangkut kantor pemerintahan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus dan cepat.. alur pelayanannya pun jelas.. bagi orang yang jarang ke kecamatan pasti lsg bisa memahami alur pelayanannya.. kemarin sy ngurus penggantian KTP rusak.. syaratnya cukup isi blangko dan fotocopy Kartu keluarga dan KTP lama di bawa pas pengambilan KTP baru untuk ditukarkan.. persyaratan ini kemudian di foto kirim ke No WA pelayanan umum.. diambil besok hari pada jam 8-10 dan gratisss.. karena covid pelayanan umum di batasi.. dan protokol kesehatan di jalankan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor Kecamatan Berbah terletak di sebelah barat pertigaan kalau ke selatan ke arah Sitimulyo Piyungan Bantul.
Gapura besar menjadi penanda pintu masuk kantor kecamatan. Di depan terdapat juga kantor pos kecil. Kantor lama berbentuk joglo khas.
Bangunan baru berlantai 2 merupakan tempat pelayanan kependudukan. Nah, Pak Camat menempati ruangan di pojok lantai 2.
