★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very unfortunate for me to say this but I am disappointed with this salon. I asked for an ash balayage (i need to bleach it 2x because of my dark brown hair) however I was shocked that after 40 minutes of bleaching my hair, they RE-APPLIED the bleach again for another 20-30 minutes. So in total my hair was bleached for more than an hour when I know that you are NOT SUPPOSED to leave it for more than 40 minutes (Brad Mondo) because it will result to a more damaged hair. You are supposed to wash your hair after 40 minutes more or less of bleaching and then re-apply the bleach again. Very unprofessional.
Also prepare to pay by using cash. The debit machines are pretty useless because of the lack of signal, I had to go to the atm machine 10 minutes away just to transfer.. seriously inconvenient.
The staff were nice and a bit helpful, but this seriously needs an improvement.
