★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sangat buruk. Front liner sering nggak di desk-nya. Membuat customer menunggu lama tanpa kejelasan antrian juga. Harusnya kalau sudah diluar kapasitas customer ditolak saja. Really had a bad experience. Nggak akan kesini lagi.
 Very bad service. The liner front is often not on the desk. Make customers wait long without the clarity of the queue too. It should be if the customer is beyond the capacity to be rejected. Really had a bad experience. I won't be here again.

The service is pretty good, cm the waiting time is long because the workers are limited and the water is dead. Health protocol is quite ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST salon experience ever. waktu itu potong rambut buat rapih"in aja. staf nya ramah banget, dan ditanya" dikit soal rambut ku, mau diapain dan "history" nya ?lalu krn aku masih ragu soal brp banyak yg mau dipotong, akhirnya dipotong dulu sedikit dan dikasih liat. aku dibolehin buat pendekin lagi kalo belom cocok (akhirnya staf nya motong aku dua kali, all over ??). mbak nya ga ngeluh samsek dan terus ngajak ngobrol dengan ramah dan senyum, walaupun dah mau jam tutup dan dia keliatan capee banget. waktu hair blow nya enak krn ga berasa panas(?) dan aku sempet takut rambutku rusak kalo di hair blow tapi ditenangkan sama si mbak dan bener aja waktu aku keramas besok nya rambutku ga tambah kering/rusak (gatau dah pake magic apa) dan semua rambutku yg mencuat dah rapiih!

BEST salon experience ever. when the haircut was neat "just in. the staff was very friendly, and asked" a little about my hair, what to do and the "history" alu then because I still doubt about how many people want to cut, finally cut a little and given clay . I was allowed to shorten again if I didn't match (finally the staff cut me twice, all over ??). Miss, I don't complain, and I keep on chatting with friendly and smiling, even though I want to close the clock and she looks like a capee. when the hair blow was good because it didn't feel hot (?) and I was afraid that my hair would be damaged if it was in hair blow but it was soothed with the lady and really when I washed it tomorrow my hair didn't dry / damaged (or what magic) and all my hair sticking out is neat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau saya lihat memang kondisinya masih agak sulit ya, Sangat membosankan juga menunggu di salon yang sepinya setengah mati tanpa tamu berjam jam, tapi begitu saya lihat hasil cukuran dan kerjanya tidak terlalu mengecewakan. Semua memang butuh proses. ASALKAN, jangan sampai tidak ada perkembangan saja kedepannya. HARUS MAJU YA.
If I see that the conditions are still rather difficult, it's very boring to wait in a quiet salon half dead without guests for hours, but once I see the results of shaving and work is not too disappointing. Everything really needs a process. ORIGIN, do not let there be no progress in the future. MUST FORWARD YES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawannya perlu di training lagi, dari kasir, tukang cuci & yg potong rambut. Kalau review bisa kasih bintang minus dah minus tu bintang!
Yang potong rambut kalau ga mau belajar lagi n terima masukan dr cust krn salah potong, mending jadi tukang potong rumput aja!
The employees need to be retrained, from the cashier, washer and haircut. If a review can give a minus star, it's a minus star!
Those who cut their hair, if they don't want to learn more and receive input from cust because they cut the hair wrong, it's better to be a lawn mower!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on april 9th 2022, already made an appointment for two people at 2:40pm. The front desk said to directly come to the salon since the salon is not crowded. Note, they said the salon was not crowded.
When I arrived there, expecting to be treated as soon as possible ( since I was in a rush for a dinner session with my colleagues), the staff responsible for washing and cutting my hair is not available.
I arrived there at around 2:45pm. I was afraid that cutting my hair will take too much time so I swapped for a simple washing and blowing hair treatment.
I told them I was in a rush and I had to be done before 17:00.
I told them this fact at 3pm. And only got treated at 4:30pm.
And as you guessed it, I WAS LATE. Just because of a simple stuff like washing my hair because I trusted this BRAND OF SALON.
I WAS LATE FOR MY DINNER WITH MY COLLEAGUES!!!
I want to know who those two people are, since their services were absolutely garbage
Don’t go here unless you can spend your precious evening waiting for a simple service you can get in another branch easily.
For the management team, note this.
