★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyesel bgt udah lunas 5 tahun apartemen tidak jadi2.. Duit setengah miliar lebih mandek.. Pihak legal ga ada kejelasan cuma janji tahun depan tahun depan gitu aja terus
 Sorry, it's been paid off for 5 years, the apartment is not finished. Half a billion is stagnant. The legal party has no clarity, only promises for next year next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saat check in furnish sebagian rusak dan katanya mau di benerin tapi ngomong doang.
kompor rusak, rak dinding kendor, senderan kasur aja patah... ga dibener benerin, udah lapor ga ada tanggapan.
kolam renang sering kotor, warna airnya sering sampe ijo dan dari atas keliatan kotornya, abis berenang badan pada gatel.
harga lumayan murah tapi mending cari apartemen lain deh... 3 bulan disini pengalaman buruk.
prosedur check out juga ribet dan kaku, jam operasional kantornya cuma sampe sore, kalau ada urusan yang waktunya agak malem ga ada solusi, cuma suruh nunggu besok.
satu alasan tinggal disini cuma karena deket UIN ciputat.

fasilitasnya standar, disekitar apartemen cuma ada 1 toko roti, 1 alfamart sama 1 kafe. sisanya toko laundry, saat baru check in, furnish banyak yang kondisinya udah rusak atau cacat. pintu wc aja ga ada kuncinya, balkon kotor banget ga pernah dibersihin, tv belum disetup, lemari dan kitchen set bau.
ATM centernya cuma BNI itupun atmnya rusak, lama ga dibenerin. buat pajangan doang kalau ada calon penghuni baru biar marketingnya bisa promosi di sini ada atm centernya. padahal pajangan aja.
yang kasih bintang 5 ke apartemen ini paling cuma owner sama tim pegawai pegawainya ?
experience staying here is not good.
standard amenities, around the apartment there is only 1 bakery, 1 alfamart and 1 cafe. the rest of the laundry shop, when just checking in, many furnishes are already damaged or defective. the wc door just doesn't have the lock, the balcony is really dirty it's never been cleaned, the tv hasn't been setup, the cupboards and kitchen set smell.
The ATM center is only BNI, and even the ATM is broken, it's been repaired for a long time. for display only if there are prospective new residents so that the marketing can be promoted here there is an atm center. even just display.
those who give 5 stars to this apartment are the owner and the team of employees
