★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di Bintaro Plaza, ada dua cabang Johnny Andrean, lantai 1 Dan 2.
Lantai 1, kurang enak. Pertama, ada karyawan bernama mbak Yati. Saya minta di highlight kuning tipis saja, tapi malah dicat semuanya sampai rambut saya menjadi rambut jagung. Ada bedanya highlight, dan dicat semuanya.
Kedua, waktu itu mbak Mai yang mengerjakan make-up untuk saya. Saya sampai harus menghapusnya karena terlalu menor. Waktu saya memberikan nasihat kepada mbak Mai, salah satu staff lain memaki saya dan mengatakan "Eh dasar cinta laura lo, lebay, lebay!" Giliran saya berusaha menjelaskan kalau saya orang Indonesia yang cadel, mereka bilang "dasar sensi lo, emang lo bule apa? Paling cuma bule lamongan, buleleng!"
Sayang saya harus mengeluarkan uang untuk diperlakukan seperti ini. Saya berikan 0 bintang untuk Johnny Andrean Lantai 1. Kalau Lantai 2, Saya berikan 3 bintang karena lebih profesional. Saya sarankan anda pergi ke Lantai 2, dan minta perawatan bersama mbak Sugi. Mbak Sugi jago cat rambut, gunting, make-up dan cabut alis!
Saya masih suka merinding dan trauma kalau ke Bintaro Plaza dan lewat Johnny Andrean lantai 1. Rasanya saya didiskriminasi karena saya orang Indonesia yang cadel. Semestinya semua orang diperlakukan sama dan dihormati, kalau orang sedikit cadel jangan diejek. Kadang-kadang bergurau ada batasnya, customer bisa terlukai.
In Bintaro Plaza, there are two branches of Johnny Andrean, 1st and 2nd floors.
1st floor, not good. First, there is an employee named Ms. Yati. I just asked for thin yellow highlights, but instead painted everything until my hair became corn hair. There is a difference between highlights, and everything is painted.
Secondly, at that time Ms. Mai worked on make-up for me. I had to delete it because it was too thick. When I gave advice to Ms. Mai, one of the other staff swore at me and said "Eh, it's the basis for love for Laura, more, more!" It was my turn to try to explain if I was a slurred Indonesian, they said "what is the basis for you, what are you going to be Caucasian? Most are only Lamongan bule, buleleng!"
It's a shame I have to spend money to be treated like this. I gave 0 stars to Johnny Andrean 1st floor. For 2nd floor, I give 3 stars because they are more professional. I suggest you go to the 2nd floor, and ask for treatment with Ms. Sugi. Mbak Sugi is good at hair, scissors, make-up and brows!
I still like goosebumps and trauma to Bintaro Plaza and through Johnny Andrean on the 1st floor. It seems I am discriminated because I am a slurred Indonesian. Everyone should be treated the same and respected, if someone is a little slurred don't be ridiculed. Sometimes joking has limits, customers can get hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely my fav! Awalnya dateng kesini mau potong pendek rambut karena rusak parah. Terus pas ngomong sama stylistnya mau gimana malah diomelin, katanya bukan rambutnya yg salah, kitanya yang macem2in. Akhirnya rambutku gak jadi dipendekin, karena gak cocok dan nanti akan sangat ngembang. Selesai potong ternyata bener ajaa, gak perlu potong pendek karena rambutnya rusak, pelan2 aja yang penting dirawat dan rutin potong lagi klo udh tumbuh. Aku langganan potram disini, nama stylistnya MAS FAUZI! Look up to him klo mau potram! Beliau sangat professional, cekatan, potongannya rapi, cepat, dan sesuai ekspektasi. Beliau bisa nyesuain potongan rambut yang cocok di kita. Love love!
Absolutely my fav! Initially I came here to cut my hair short because it was badly damaged. Then when talking to the stylist, how do you want to get scolded, he said it was not the hair that was the fault, we were the ones who were funny. In the end my hair didn't get shortened, because it didn't fit and it would be very fluffy. After cutting it, it turns out really, no need to cut it short because the hair is damaged, it's important to take care of it and cut it regularly if it's growing. I subscribe to potram here, the name of the stylist is MAS FAUZI! Look up to him if you want potram! He is very professional, nimble, neatly cut, fast, and according to expectations. He can customize a haircut that suits us. Love love!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum saya mau mengajukan komplain kepada pihak johnnyandrean salon cabang Bintaro plaza,tolong ditindak lanjuti dan beri teguran keras kepada karyawan wanita yg bertugas pada hari Minggu jam 5,ciri² fisiknya wanita itu rambutnya dikepang badannya sedikit berisi.
Pada saat suami saya sedang di pakein hair tonic karyawan wanita itu menempelkan dadanya kepunggung suami saya dan suami saya sudah beri jarak tp dia masih menempelkan dadanya,suami saya cerita dan untuk kedepannya setelah kejadian tersebut saya dan suami saya tidak akan haircut disana lagi sebelum karyawan tersebut ditindak lanjut,atas ketidak sopanan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pengunjung.saya harap pihak johnnyandrean membaca keluhan saya dan segera merespon jika tidak saya akan membawa masalah ini dan menyebarkannya disosial media terimakasih.
Assalamualaikum, I want to file a complaint with the johnnyandrean salon at the Bintaro plaza branch, please follow up and give a stern warning to the female employee on duty on Sunday at 5, the woman's physical characteristics are her hair in a braid, her body is slightly full.
When my husband was wearing a hair tonic, the female employee put her chest on my husband's back and my husband had distanced himself but he was still sticking his chest, my husband told me and in the future after the incident my husband and I will not have a haircut there again before the employee follow-up, for impoliteness in providing services to visitors. I hope johnnyandrean reads my complaint and responds immediately otherwise I will bring this problem up and spread it on social media, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akibat Pandemi agak sepi, harganya potong rambut & perawatan sangat terjangkau, semoga ditambah fasilitas corner khusus u hijaber pasti lbh nyaman.
Due to the pandemic, it's a bit quiet, the prices for haircuts & treatments are very affordable, hopefully the special corner facilities for hijabers will be more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually do haircut in salon like this, but Im quite surprised with the result. I like it very much, they did my usual side crew cut than some of the barbershop.
I also spend time to do creambath. Very relaxing and with good massage. Pricewise regular for a salon. Still affordable
