β β β β β Tempat belanja pakaian dan sepatu sejak kami tinggal di Bintaro. Departemen Store yg sejenis dengan Matahari dan Ramayana yg selalu memberikan diskon cukup besar khususnya di hari raya seperti Natal dan Tahun Baru seperti kami yg berbelanja kali ini.
Tapi, kami suka belanja di Cahaya gak harus hari raya aja sih, kapan perlu ya datang ke sini. Stafnya cukup banyak dan sangat membantu. Tersedia juga ruangan untuk mencoba pakaian.
A place to shop for clothes and shoes since we lived in Bintaro. Department Stores which are similar to Matahari and Ramayana, which always provide big discounts, especially on holidays such as Christmas and New Year, like we were shopping this time.
But, we like shopping in Cahaya, it doesn't have to be holidays, when is it necessary to come here. The staff is ample and very helpful. There is also room for trying on clothes.

β β β β β Saya sangat kecewa belanja disini..
Waktu itu saya mau beli baju ditemani spg nya..
Dan saya mencobanya di ruang ganti, setelah dicoba saya lupa klo dompet saya tertinggal dan saya langsung panik buru2 cari keluar , dan baju yg saya coba saya taruh di keranjang baju dekat ruang ganti. Langsung saya buru2 keluar lihat ke parkiran motor dan ternyata ada di motor tertingal disana .
Setelah saya masuk lagi kesana spg nya nnya kesaya baju yg dicoba kemana.. saya bilang td saya taro krn buru2 mau cari dompet saya.. saya udh cari bajunya gak ada mungkin kepegang sama customer lain.
Saya malah dituduh maling disana krn baju gak ketemu dan di liatin bnyk orng krna ada sequrity juga.
Saya minta cek cctv dia gak mau.. malah saya suruh bayar baju yg saya coba tadi padahal saya gak ambil.. dan nnti di info klo ketemu bajunya. Sesampai dirumah saya di sms klo baju itu ketemu.
Sungguh pelayanan sangat amat buruk disini, dan gak ada niat untuk kembalikan uang saya dengan cara minta maaf. Tapi malah saya suruh datang kesana tanpa ada kata maaf nya.
SPG nya malah ngomongin ke spg lain.

At that time I wanted to buy clothes with his spg..
And I tried it in the dressing room, after trying it I forgot that I left my wallet and I immediately panicked and rushed out, and put the clothes I was trying on in the clothes basket near the changing room. Immediately I rushed out to look at the motorbike parking lot and it turned out that the motorbike was left behind there.
After I went back there, the SPG asked me where the clothes were trying on.. I said I didn't put it away because I was in a hurry to find my wallet.. I've been looking for the clothes, there are none, maybe holding it with another customer.
I was even accused of being a thief there because I couldn't find the clothes and many people looked at me because there was security too.
I asked for a cctv check, he didn't want to.. instead I told him to pay for the clothes I tried, even though I didn't take them.. and I'll let you know when I find the clothes. When I got home I was texted if the clothes were found.
Really very bad service here, and there is no intention to return my money by apologizing. But instead I told him to come there without an apology.
The SPG even talks to other spg.
