★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on the 23rd of October, while they put X signs on the tables, unfortunately no one followed social distancing inside the shop and the staff didnt say anything.
Taste wise, it is too sweet! Texture is like soft ice cream and it is well mixed. They dont have cone, so you can bring your own cup if you dont want to waste.
You actually cant Create Your Own, you can only add toppings if you want.
Another overrated new shop in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new dessert place in central jakarta. I went to try it out since it’s really hype on instagram right now. Well, the place is cute with its instagram wall and such, however, it’s small and during weekend it’s quite crowded so kinda be mindful about the health protocols. I ordered 2 cookies (funfetti+Hazler club) and 2 ice creams (pixie dust+say cheese), only liked cheese ice cream. The cookies aren’t soft baked, it’s not the chewy kind. Honestly, would have given 5* if the taste was more than decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cute ice cream shop. Unfortunately for me, when I came there with my friend on 17th of January 2021, they have very strict health protocol.
Aside from being checked our body temperature, washed our hands & register our identity before enter, they only receive 6 people for dine in!
My friend ordered Dark Chocolate Orange & I have Late Night Show (coffee crumbs & oreo).
We both love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This London fog is an ice cream with Earl grey tea based. Mixed with Lotus' Biscoff biscuits crumble. The ice cream was not overpoweringly sweet, but so fragrant. It was such a delight to taste this ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U should try Say Cheese, in my opinion very reasonable price (between 50-60k) per portion with very convenient location in the hear of Menteng, recommended place for taking your kids or maybe budget-efficient date ?

Joey Ice Cream sell soft Ice Cream with various menu and also include seasonal menu.
We tried the signature menu:
Melrose Ave: Vanille Rose, Pistachio, Crumbs. It doesnt really fit my taste, I guess its the pistachio, but it has such a strong and unique flavor.
Late Night Show: Coffee, Oreo. Taste really strong and bold, if you like Oreo this one for you. But because its so oreo, so not really a unique flavor
Say Cheese!: mascapone cheese, cookie crumble, sponge cake. This is my favourite. Its unique but still feel familiar, the cheese taste fine and the sponge cake give it a creamy texture.
Place is clean but the seating are very limited. staffs are friendly and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s great to finally find ice cream place in Jakarta that sells soft serve ice cream. Seriously, most places in Jakarta have gelato (which is not bad) although it is not my personal preference.
Joey provides varieties of swirls in cups and pints. Top picks were Melrose Ave, Latte Night Show and Netflix and Chill. Flavor-wise is good but it gets boring halfway. Service-wise is 2 out of 5, the cashiers could have assist in a more assistive and friendly way. Or a little bit smile is enough. Access-wise, it is located next to Exquise Patisserie. Parking place was decent. The parking guy is helpful and friendly.
Overall it’s an okay experience.
