Kejadian juga terjadi terhadap teman saya. Sudah mending tutup aja gerainya apabila seperti ini kerjanya. Sudah datang jauh-jauh malah pelayanan sangat buruk.
Admin, a guy with hair in pigtails and a girl with long hair, works very badly, he came to JnT at 7:40 p.m. he was refused and didn't want to be served because it closed at 8:00 p.m. Hello ??? I came before 8:00 p.m.
Incidents also happened to my friend. It's better to just close the store if this works. It has come a long way, even the service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seumur hidup saya, baru kali ini dapat pelayanan CS yg amat buruk. Datang tidak disambut, tidak ada uang pas disuruh pulang, customer nanya baik2 malah dibentak. Sangat tidak sopan.
Pas ditanya lagi, adminnya masih baru ?
Ya.. smg segera dikasih pelatihan bagaimana cara memperlakukan customer dg baik, ramah, tenang dan sopan.
Maaf saya kasih bintang 1 dulu.
