★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya kurang kesel baget setiap kali kesini, kalo gak butuh banget gak sudi gw kesana, itu staf atau apanya songong banget, kaya gak niat kerja, bisa di pecat gak sih itu jijik bener liatnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 10 siang sudah mulai buka dan sering sampai malam, walau jam operasionalnya cuma sampai jam 8 malam, tapi bukan berarti lu pada bisa ngirim paket diatas jam 8 malem seenaknya ya. Untuk hari kerja staff yang standby ada dua sampai tiga.
Pelayanannya aselole, soalnya tiap ngirim paket disana resi selalu di isiin, lembar asuransi juga kadang di isiin :)
Staffnya juga friendly dan kalo ada promo dari JNE pasti dikasih tau men. Kadang kalo hari libur suka kasian, soalnya pernah ngeliat staff yang standby cuma satu. Tapi jago sih berarti.
Jangan lupa sebelum ngirim barang harus dipacking dengan sangat baik, ditambah bubble atau dus tambahan misalnya. Untuk barang dengan asuransi kemungkinan besar akan ada perlakuan khusus dan biaya penggantian barang sesuai harga barang. Harga ongkir ngga cuma dihitung dari beratnya saja, namun juga ukurannya. Soalnya pernah ngirim barang dibawah 1 kilogram (500 gram juga ngga nyampe) tapi terhitung 3 kilogram karena ukuran dusnya gede jasa. Disini juga ada jasa packing kayu untuk barang-barang tertentu seperti elektronik dengan biaya tambahan.
Untuk pengirimannya sendiri sejauh ini belum pernah ada masalah, kecuali waktu ngirim JNE YES ternyata ada daerah yang engga bisa dicakup dengan tipe pengiriman JNE YES.

Do not forget before sending the item must be packaged very well, plus additional bubbles or boxes for example. For goods with insurance, there will most likely be special treatment and replacement costs according to the price of the item. The postage price is not only calculated from its weight, but also its size. The problem is that you have sent items under 1 kilogram (500 grams also do not arrive) but counted 3 kilograms because the size of the boxes is big. Here there is also a wood packing service for certain items such as electronics at an additional cost.
For the delivery itself, so far there has never been a problem, except when sending JNE YES, apparently there are areas that cannot be covered by JNE YES shipping types.

Saat sampai,barang cuma ada 1cp aja.
Paketan saya yang saya kirim saat Samapi dalam kondisi sobek rapi dan dilakban sendiri.
Saya komplain ke JnE tidak ada respon sama sekali.
Sangat tidak professional !!!
Dan tidak dapat dipercaya.
Merugikan pelanggan.
I sent a package of 2pc of clothes.
When I arrived, the item only had 1cp.
My package that I sent when I arrived was neatly torn and self-taped.
I complained to JnE that there was no response at all.
Very unprofessional !!!
And can't be trusted.
Harm to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirim barang Ke Bangkok gagal, barang dikirim kembali tapi biaya kirim ke Bangkok ratusan ribu tidak direfund. Sudah diurus ke JNE, hanya dilempar2 ke Pusat, lalu ke cabang lagi. Tetapi barang tidak berhasil dikirim, biaya yg sudah dibayarkan tetap diambil semua...
Sending goods to Bangkok failed, the goods were sent back but shipping costs to Bangkok hundreds of thousands were not refunded. It has been taken care of by JNE, only tossed it to the center, then to the branch again. But the goods were not sent successfully, all the fees that have been paid are still taken...
