★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sistem order baru dengan menggunakan hape sungguh konyol (ribet),
mau order server sungguh tidak mau membantu sama sekali dan saya tanya apabila minta langsung order manual krn saya sudah hapal menu, server bilang tidak bisa (krn sekarang semua sistem order begitu), lalu meninggalkan tamu begitu saja tanpa solusi, saya tanya dengan server berbaju merah pun sama.
Dengan kesal saya terpaksa keluar cari resto lain.
sayang sekali sekelas ta wan membuat custumer experience seperti itu. Tolong di evaluasi kembali sistem order krn tidak semua custumer bersedia memesan makanan dengan mendaftarkan no hp u memesan.
(mau pesan aja harus input no hp gag sekalian no ktp dan nomor npwp )
the new order system using a cellphone is really ridiculous (complicated),
I want to order the server really doesn't want to help at all and I asked if I asked for a manual order directly because I already memorized the menu, the server said I couldn't (because now all order systems are like that), then left the guest without a solution, I asked the server in red the same.
Annoyed, I had to go out to find another restaurant.
it's a shame that ta wan's class makes such a customer experience. Please re-evaluate the order system because not all customers are willing to order food by registering your cellphone number to order.
(If you want to order, you have to input your cellphone number, all ID numbers and NPWP numbers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite chinese food restaurant. Almost everything here is good. I gave it 3 stars because of the location. Side by side with timezone, it become very noisy everytime and uncomfortable.
