 Very FRIENDLY, just submit a loss claim as well as help until the claim money is disbursed, how come I haven't been helped until it arrives .... bravo good job, there are many reviews below that are not clear about the truth. If it takes a long time to arrive, it's not the agent's fault, please blame the courier for anter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kirim barang dari jam 4 sore,, karyawan JNE nya bilang suruh d tinggal aja barangnya...nanti liat tracking lewat hp.. sampe skrng belum bisa d tracking...
I sent the goods from 4 in the afternoon, the JNE employee told me to just leave the stuff ... later, I will see tracking via cellphone ... until now I can't track it ...
