★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my order items had been received in Pedati on 16 Novermber 2017 and up to 27 November (almost 2 weeks), the status has not changed yet. No information whether my order items was missing or not delivered yet. The customer service was unable to contact. not helpful at all! very bad service.

Was waiting on the package
No one even came bother knock, even though i've been waiting
The tracking says the house/office (Even though it's a house) has been empty, even though i've been waiting in front of the house from the time the tracking says it's on the hands of the courier.
The customer service is not helpful AT ALL.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AS A COURIER
I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, AT ALL.
NOT THE NORMAL SERVICE, OR ANY SERVICES AT THAT MATTER, AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer of JNE for around 8 years. Sadly, Sometimes the parcel was delayed mostly because of bad address or any human errors. If that happens then we go here to pick up the parcel (for East Jakarta area).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here drenched by rain in hoping that I can fetch my package since I really need it. And I realized it was my bad on settling for reguler service. I was hoping maybe the staff will took a pity on me since I'm already wet when I got there just to fetch my package, but they didn't. They said only YES package can get picked up right away. I'm disappointed because they didn't picked up their phone so I can confirm whether the package can be picked up that day so I wouldn't have to go. And the day before I twitted to JNEcare asking if I can pickup my package at JNE Pedati, and at the next afternoon I got a call from JNEcare saying that they can't reach JNE Pedati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a lot of people post about complain.. thats why i choose to pick the package myself.. i came 9.30 in the morning and there was no queue (thanks god), mention the tracking number and the guy in the security office brought me my package..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived just 10 minutes from this place surprisingly my package always late. Don’t bother to call via the number registered, THEY WON’T PICK IT UP. I really wondered after these years and being rated so low on Google the JNE management didn’t seem to do much anything about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think the mechanism goes well in this branch of JNE. They seem don't have systematic record if the package still on process or had sent to other branch. I saw it myself. And I thought it was a good idea to pick my package by my own, since it's been six days when my package first arrive in this branch. So, I came to this office and ask for my package. Then, it happened. Lot of people complained about same things. And this branch is bad to handle. They may direct you to wrong branch because of their lack of record, and then you would back to this branch with no result. It was disaster. Pity, for people who need their package as soon as possible. Some even cancel their trip to their hometown, because they didn't get the package. A Women told me that she just got her package after five days from the day she first report to this branch. "You should threat them like I did, or you never have a call to pick up your things", said her. How terrible. Finally, I could tell may be some people got their problem solved in the end, but others still got no answer. And until now, I still don't get my package.
