★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ini sih last time gua pake jne. gajelas pelayanannya. gua pesen barang dikirim dari jumat dan berhubung itu barang bukan benda mati, jadi pas minggu gua mau ambil di warehousenya. pas gua samperin warehousenya dibilang lagi disortir dan katanya senin bakal di anter. ya gw percaya2 aja dong walaupun statusnya udah ga dalam penyortiran lagi. eh senen gw tungguin sampe sore masih ga dateng2. jadi gua memutuskan buat telpon jne langsung dan katanya BARANG SUDAH DALAM PROSES PENGANTARAN. abis telpon, ga lama gua cek lagi status pengirimannya. dan ajaibnya status pengiriman yg tadinya "RECEIVED AT WAREHOUSE" jadi "RUMAH/KANTOR KOSONG". padahal gua di rumah seharian dan gua tanya orang depan rumah pun ga ada yg liat ada kurir jne dateng. jadi gini cara kerja JNE?? kalo itu benda jadi rusak / mati pihak JNE mau tanggung jawab kah?
this is the last time I use jne. complete service. I want the items to be sent from Friday and since the items are not inanimate objects, so I want to pick them up in the warehouse the following week. when I arrived, the warehouse was said to be sorted and said Monday it would be stopped. yes I just believe it even though the status is no longer sorted. eh, I was waiting for the afternoon until it was still late. so I decided to call jne directly and he said GOODS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF INTRODUCTION. I stopped the phone, I checked the delivery status again. and the miraculous status of the shipment that was "RECEIVED AT WAREHOUSE" became "HOUSE / EMPTY OFFICE". even though I was at home all day and I asked the front of the house no one could see there was a messenger. so how do you work JNE ?? if that thing becomes damaged / dead, JNE wants responsibility?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, tidak tersedia parkir yang nyaman, saat datang jam 12, petugas sedang istirahat tidak ada pengganti padahal pelayanan customer seharusnya ada terus, banyak yang menunggu.
Bad service, convenient parking is not available, when it comes at 12, the officer is resting there is no substitute even though customer service should be there continuously, many are waiting.
