★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lama. Perangkat yang digunakan(laptop) berkali kali tidak mumpuni menyebabkan pelanggan menunggu terlalu lama. Selama pelanggan menunggu, tidak ada permintaan maaf untuk menunggu dr pelayanan kpd customer. Sgt disayangkan. Semoga lebih selektif lg dalam memilih SDM nya.
Very long service. The device used (laptop) is not qualified many times causing the customer to wait too long. As long as the customer is waiting, there is no apology for waiting for service from the customer. Very unfortunate. Hopefully more selective in choosing HR.
