Less friendly service. How come someone checked the package until it arrived where the answer was "yes I don't know". Very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mending cari agen lain bos, nyesel ngasih barang sama agen ini. Cukup sekali mending kasih ke agen lain atau sekalian ke JNE cabang Citra Raya. Yang jaga gak ada ada etika sama customer, gak cocok kerja di bidang jasa suruh jadi tukang sapu kuburan aja biar gak berhadapan sama orang lain. Pelayanan nol besar, tidak ada bagus-bagusnya.
Mending look for another agent, boss, sorry to give this agent the goods. It's enough to give to other agents or to JNE Citra Raya branch. The one who takes care of there is no ethics with the customer, it is not suitable to work in the service sector to just be a grave sweeper so that you don't face other people.
