 PAY 100RB, TOTAL COST IS 18RB. RETURN OF 72RB. PAS SITTED BECAUSE OF WRONG PLEASING BACK, INSTEAD BLAME RETURN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT RETURNED. STRANGE. OUCH BU BU (who wears glasses), WHY DO I CLEAR 10RB OF MONEY PRAYER TO GADA, Fortunately, THERE IS A SINNER DOANG. SHOCKING SECTION YELLOW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan! Konsumen yg mau kirim paket sejak masuk pintu sama sekali tidak dilihat, ditanya pun tidak. Sampe saya sendiri yang bicara. Tidak sopan! Tdk prifesional, sesibuk apapun ya yanya dongggg basa basi, saya juga pernah kirim surat/paketan pakai JNE yg lain pelayanannya bagus. Saya tdk suka dengan ibu2 yg pakai kacamata rambut panjang, judes sekali. Dan ketika saya memutuskan untuk lebih memilih kirim paketan saya melalui ekspedisi lain, saya langsung pergi dan karyawan yang pakai kerudung tiba2 menutup pintunya agak digebrak pas saya masih posisi diluar pintu. Parah! Tolong ditindak pegawai seperti ini, kalaupun JNE ini adalag franchise, tolong diperbaiki dan ditatar yaaa karyawannya.
Very disappointing! Consumers who want to send packages since they enter the door are not seen at all, they are not even asked. Until I speak myself. Impolite! Not very professional, no matter how busy it is, it's just trite, I have also sent letters / packages using JNE, which is different, the service is good. I don't like women who wear glasses with long hair, how bitchy. And when I decided to prefer to send my packages through another expedition, I immediately left and the employee wearing a headscarf suddenly closed the door and was slightly knocked when I was still outside the door. Severe! Please take action against employees like this, even if JNE is a franchise, please repair and upgrade the employees.
