★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, this is the best central office that JNE has. Good and friendly customer service. Bubble wrap always ready and packaging center has been always a good to go. Only criticism is that sometimes the service is quite slow, and not all employees has the initiative to come to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The package stayed in Bali airport from 3am till 6pm before being flown to Jakarta… We called JNE at 10pm. They told us it is Bali’s fault and asked us what should they do ???
